Jamaica Herbal North Lauderdale

I’m very disappointed with this store, I came here to pick up some tonic and when I paid for the bottle I waited for the cashier to give me my change and receipt but Kayla the cashier just gave me the receipt but my change and said have a nice day, so I asked her (Kayla) where was my money she told me that they didn’t have any changes. So I asked her why she didn’t tell me that at first and I could’ve paid with a card, so I had to tell her to go get my money from the back of the store, so she took the change out of the tip jar and gave it to me, so I asked her why did she try to cheat me and now cheating the store by taking the money out of the tip jar, and she got a attitude towards me. I think Kayla needs to be honest and more trustworthy with other people things, but since she didn’t she(Kayla) should be Fired ASAP

This is a very beautiful natural herbal store for all my natural healthy people. Lots of variety of items. Don't forget about the in-house freshly made smoothies. I tried the immunity booster and it was awesome. Very great experience. I definitely recommend the store. Owner was very amazing. Go check them out

This was my second time at this location and I am very pleased with the variety of products and the customer service. I was helped out by 2 ladies both were wonderful! Jenny and (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name 😅). I ordered a smoothie while I shopped around. The smoothies are delicious 🤤 btw! I walked out of there with a variety of herbs (10+) and a freebie to try out. I will definitely be going back for all my herbal and natural remedies/herbs.

Super cool that there is one of these healing places in the area. I work in Pembroke Pines and I usually go to that location but I live in plantation so this one is super close to home. Love the girl who works the counter. Super knowledgeable on herbs and very pleasant.

The wide variety of supplements was impressive.
Also, the smoothies are the purest ,most nutritional,and flavorful I have found in the area

LOVE THIS PLACE. Finally found a healthy spot with real tings that help keep you healthy. The people inside are very knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a health spot.

I’ve been following this business on instagram for some time now and today and i just so happen to drive by coincidence of being en route to my destination. So of course i had to stop by on my way back. They are lovely and genuine people by nature you can just feel it you know. And you know this is place of business is from the heart. I hot a smoothie #8 and the curry bean patty listen i had to go back inside to get two more its good 🔥. I have to come back and do a full shopping spree when it comes to the herbal side of things but nonetheless I'm happy i stopped by and I'm forever a customer simple as that.

I will not come back here. I was the first in line, and the first to pay, and I was the last one to get my drink.

Needs work customer service is poor plus you shouldn't be having customers standing around while you talk with co workers I was not even greeted upon arrival in the store overall I felt ok about my experience here

Coco Moss Smoothie is delicious!

While waiting for my patties, I decided to look into this herbal store for a few items and found out there was a juice bar next door! They served natural smoothies, and I tried the seasonal Spirulina Moss mix.  It was very refreshing.
