I really wanted to love this cake. I ordered it for my own birthday and asked for angel food cake with white frosting and a Hello Kitty theme. It cost $120 for an 8” cake. It was pink and had a Hello Kitty picture on the side - it was very simple and looked fine - pretty enough. Especially because it was a short lead time request. It wasn’t the kind of frosting I asked for and the cake, well, I’m not sure what kind of cake it was. It was hard and not airy (and the next day it was as hard as a brick). I couldn’t even taste cake - definitely not angel food. There was sort of no taste at all. I had six people at my birthday and everyone said the same thing…not good. It was a let down and I’m disappointed. I am still floored I paid $120 for a cake we couldn’t eat. Also, my husband picked up the cake and he said the place was an apartment, not a store. I wasn’t aware this wasn’t a bakery.

Indeed my cake was customized,and delicious. I served the cake and was not able to taste it, until after my son's birthday partyI had it for breakfast. The cake was moist, the fondant was just right, with just right amount of sweetness.Jenns cake thank you for delivering a delicious cake

We ordered a cake over 2 weeks ago,they took our money immediately,and promised the best for a mile stone birthday. Which is today. I confirmed via text with them one week ago ,they responded saying all good to go . Delivery for 10:30an today,a home filled with people waiting for a special cake . They never showed up. Texted and called to see where they are. No response till an hour later a text saying they apologize the cake slipped their minds they have the flu Which is absolutely a lie. He also asked for my Zelle #. I paid him by credit card. Why would he want my Zelle # Never ever use them ,you will never get your cake. My CC company told me he is fraudulent! Can you imagine an alleged business not to even call a customer the night before if you were actually telling the truth and you were sick ,knowing your business is allegedly helping people celebrate special occasions . Having to chase them down via text and phone on the day of the occasion with a house full of people. Please use publix don’t use this couple.publix you don’t have to pay up front for a custom cake.Jenn ,are Jeff are both Despicable,not to be trusted
