I ordered a 7 piece box of chicken and asked for it to be mixed with the bbq chicken and they denied my request because apparently “you can only get it in two and three pieces meals.” I asked why and the lady who was talking to me initially put someone else on the line to repeat the same thing.
What?! No problem! I’ll take my money around the corner to La Brasa or La Granga and they’ll happily give me whatever I want.

I placed an order for delivery from this KFC location last night from DoorDash. I ordered two big boxes with two extra crispy breasts and a wing in each box with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I received someone else’s order or they stole my food. All I got was three legs Which I didn’t want. I can’t eat dark meat chicken either they made a big mistake or there’s a Sabato at this location don’t eat here. Avoid dislocation at all cost

I arrived at this location at 12 AM. I ordered chicken tenders. It appears that this location closes at 1 AM a hour after I had arrived and the female cashier advised me that they were out of tenders. Her coworker advised her that an order had came in for tenders as well. She then decided to tell me OK if you want the tenders I can make it for you so it appears that you’re refusing service for food Because you don’t feel like making it but now that the demand is high, you will make it that is so disrespectful and most definitely unprofessional refusing to make food when you guys are operating with full service items is definitely. I’m sure I get to your policy.

Horrible. Spent almost 40 dollars for this and the food was HORRIBLE, it was already late and my kids were hungry. I ended up buying something eles because first of all the biscuits were not biscuits more like dough, raw dough! Then the mash and gravy had bits of macaroni and cheese in it. The chicken was very greasy the macaroni had chicken skin in it. Im so over this location I will never buy anything from here ever again. The workplace is unprofessional and really need to do better. Poor customer service is highly unacceptable, especially with the high cost of foods already nobody wants food that is poorly prepared.

I just order in the drive thru,the associate din't honor the website prices,and forgot included the 2 small pie,included in the combo deal,i order the famous bowl and 2 pieces combo

When I went to visit Florida, the staff here at this KFC was just ridiculous! If I had 4 hands, I would give them 4 thumbs down. Why work in a fast-food restaurant, if you're lazy and don't want to do anything. Every time we went there, they never had any baked chicken. It was always the same thing "You'll have to wait 20 minutes". Who in their right mind is going to wait 20 minutes for some dang food at a fast-food place with, mind you, no one or 1 person ahead of you. Beggars can't be choosers but when you're spending your $, come on man, give me some options! They need to hire staff that actually want to work.
