Service was great prompt ! Ordered a 4 piece extra crispy. Mashed potatoes and corn were my sides. IMHO Publix has a better fried chicken with better sides.

I went to the drive-thru and everything was dark no lights; I found that strange for this is not my first time coming in this KFC. It was 12:17am (12/31/2023). When I gave the guy in the drive thru my card, he suspiciously took a long time to give it back to me for it was the last thing given to me after giving me my food. Couldn't see him insert my card, nothing. I find that weird for it never happened before for I didn't think nothing of it. I went home, ate my food and gone to bed. Next morning, I went to work in a hurry. Looked at my phone and there was a doordash mobile order @ 1:12am and 2 attempted withdrawals of $70 @ 9am & 11:50am. After work, I went straight to this KFC. Called the police, called corporate. The manager at this location called me, tried to cover up for the guy telling me he leaves work around 2am. Don't care. She didn't look @ the cameras. No call back about the cameras. I called corporate again and left it there. Just BEWARE and just do Apple or Google pay. Main reason I'm leaving this review so that this case does not get ignored or "covered up!!!" I have no issues to take it a step further though.

10/8/23 12:10 AM crew is a joke. They took over 30 minutes to make an order with no one in line. They rush you out of the drive thru to beat the timer and have you sit in the front and wait until they finish. Slack workers I’ll go to Popeyes going forward they have 2 buildings to manage the orders off of commercial and university.
Please fire the manager for night shift. Who runs this place? Cause wow its like incompetent

That the worst store I ever went. No service at all. If you're hungry or in a hurry please don't go to this KFC. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a kids meal. My 4 yrs old cried her eyes off. And the lady didn't even care. Never again.
