The wait time was short but service rushed and poorly done. My gel polish was smeared and rough. After bringing this to their attention another customer walked in with the same issue after leaving moments earlier herself. Will not recommend as the supervisor clearly indicated the work was good when the nails were jagged and polish unevenly applied. Training on customer service and attention to detail needed
There worst!! Won't ever come back. Not if it's the last salon around. I stopped supporting these salons months ago but was in a pinch. Got a wax and the lady was rude and felt like she was about to rip my skin off. She took no time and no care. The polish change I got was ridiculous , rushed and messy!! What a WASTE of money! These people need to learn how to treat their clients. ZERO STARS! Zero stars! ZEEEERRROOOO stars!!
