Lion Chef Chinese Restaurant

Love the food only one thing holds me back from ordering and that is the woman that answers the phone who cannot speak a word of English and I don't know what she's saying or if she delivers she is very condescending. So tired of her pointing out everything that's wrong with my appearance!

Although I like the food I do not like the woman that answers the phone who can't speak English and I don't know what she's saying plus the fact that she is very condescending always has something rude to say about me to my face. That's why I don't like ordering from them. I wish they could get rid of her she makes it impossible to order or understand what the heck she's saying one time she said something to me I said okay cuz I didn't understand I wound up spending $45 on dinner because she said something and I don't know what it was but it was expensive. I called up and said I am not paying for this I don't understand what this woman is saying she doesn't understand English she can't speak English it's just Mumble jumbo and she doesn't shut up. I love the food I just can't stand her and that's why I hardly ever order from this place although I do miss the foods. I have not found any place that can make my favorite dishes as delicious as this place but because of this horrible woman I don't want her knocking on my door delivering my food and saying just to outright nasty things about me about my appearance about everything. Uncalled for they should send her back where she came from. They lost my entire family as customers!!?

The food is REALLY GOOD so I will give 4stare but i think its lame that u cant go inside. Covid isnt even that serious anymore to be doing all of that, and they are VERY stingy with sauce packets. ONE SOY SAUCE AND ONE DUCK SAUCE IS CRAZY. Other than those things, the food is really good

Worst SERVICE EVER ! I swear ! The owner has no manners and came to my house where I have 2 little babies. Then took her food back to leave me and my kids hungry. EXTREMELY

I was in this area and thought I would give it a try. The lady was rude from the start and wanted to charge more than what was listed on the menu. Also, she did not include the soup that was supposed to be included. Food was so so.NOT RECOMMENDED. Owners are so short-sighted to not see how good service and good food brings people back. I wont be going there again!

Found a roach or little bug in food stay away

I've read the past reviews but I've had nothing but great experiences (about 6 different times so far), both with their food and service. The restaurant could use a makeover but my orders have always been cooked to order and have tasted great. Their fried rice could use a bit more salt but it's best that it has too little than too much. I'm originally from NY and this reminds me of the Chinese food places there. Perhaps with some of the past reviews, there were language issues since the owner speak very little english. Otherwise, it's a good place with a large amount of choices on their menu.

Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options on their menu and also offer cook-to-order.

Parking: The restaurant is in a strip mall with plenty of free parking.

I don’t get why this place has so many bad reviews. I have been going here for many years and stopped once the pandemic hit but now I am back and loving it the same as I ever did. I always get the honey garlic chicken wings and sesame chicken with beef fried rice and every time it’s on point. Ignore the bad reviews and give this place a try ?

I ask for extra onion, boc choy & bean sprouts. Then for dessert crab Rangoon is very tasty. OMGoodness! I order for delivery. Also their Lomein is a must. Next day I want to have Lion Chef again.

They have the worst food I literally barf when I eat their stuff.

Just got some beef with broccoli. Food is ridiculously salty and the meat smells. I think the chef tried to use the sauce to cover up to stench but it did not work. The packaged food made my whole car smell and is now making me feel nauseous. Do not buy. Gross. ?
