This is the worst McDonalds of every McDonalds out they, are rude, slower then my dead grandmother, and don’t know how to give basic change for cash. Which is really insane because most computers tell you the exact change to give back and they can’t do it. I live Within walking Distance but now go to McDonald’s on university and commercial. Better service, better food, they’re not rude, and they seem to know how to count money and give the right change.

So they handed us the food. No receipt. I check my bag because they seem to always screw up. They put regular bacon instead of Cabadian Bacon. They hand it back and I leave come to find out THERE IS NO EGG!!!!!. Last time I was here, the lady in the speaker was giving me so much attitude because she couldn't hear me while I was yelling into the speaker box. They made me park for a drink because they messed up that time too. This place is a joke. It needs better management.

I asked for a sausage McGriddle and I wanted the bread to be fresh. The lady taking the order didn’t let them know so they gave me a regular sandwich. I let them know and they asked me to wait for over 5 minutes. Just to bring me out the same sandwich I gave them back.

The absolute worst McDonalds you could ever go to. Slowest service, slapped together good, and it more than likely is absolutely not what you ordered. Night shift is the worst! Expect to spend at least 1 hour in the drive through. Zero capacity to multitask. Poor attitude employees really makes you uncomfortable.

I went there this morning around 6am. Ordered two sandwiches with two hashbrowns, extra egg and cheese on both sandwiches. I get to the window after reappearing my order three times I still had to wait ten minutes for my food. The first person came to the window said no more steak so I said ok sausage instead just make sure it had extra egg n cheese on both with two hashbrowns. I still waited patiently while the employees and Manger were in the back joking and laughing which I wouldn't have minded if my order was correct. So food finally gets ready to come out and the guy who just walks in asks what I ordered I repeated the order once again. He tells me hey they didn't ring me up for the hasbrowns so he would have to charge me. I stated that I just paid almost 15 for this food, what did I actually pay for, especially since I didn't even get the extra egg or cheese. So he tried to help by just giving me the hasbrowns but his manager told him no. I'm writing this review simply because I'm a black man in this field so I get how customers are. I understand how it is to be in management and have to fight for respect. This morning really upset me because we preach out change and how bad customers are but we as black people need to do better in management there was a problem that should have been handled a lot better by my people. We want things to change let's be the change we want to see. Let's do better have a great day.

Whoever felicia with the glasses is she has very poor customer service, she told me that I couldn’t pay half in card and and half and cash and she also rushed me thru the line she doesn’t care about costumer’s satisfaction

Food is nasty but the server was very accommodating. The person who took the order in the drive thru did not order the right thing although thr manager was able to correct it without incident.
