good morning I went to this location on 2/26/2025 at 6:27 am got an egg and cheese biscuits. The Haitian guy I ask to try my card, and he laughed when it did work gave him another card that worked. I told him never laugh at anyone since you don't know the situation of that person. The lady that took my order was great.

Around 8:10pm today February 09, 2025 I was in line and the drive thru window was left open where the food is handed to you. The entire time I was waiting the associates and mangers were talking about smoking weed before they came into work and how they only buy a zip of weed nothing else and more. BEYOND unprofessional but at this place and location I’m not surprised. And to see members of management to also be in a full conversation and or around it and allow that to be a topic of discussion is disappointing. Looks like this place needs to let go of some unprofessional staff and hire people who won’t be high at work or talk have the audacity to talk about what they buy and when they smoke weed.

I literally waited 20 minutes for them to take my order and they took two orders at the next drive-through. This is my first and last time visiting this location.
This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE. ESPECIALLY if you come during night shift/early morning (5AM). Every time I come the system is either down, or the wait is 30+ minutes in the drive through when this is supposed to be “fast food”. Andyour order is guaranteed to be wrong. Bought a 20 dollar meal tonight including a big Mac, get home and the big Mac is nothing but sauce lettuce and empty buns. Of course after them telling me the order was right twice.
So no meat on the big Mac, which was half the price of the order mind you and also a 30 minute wait for fast food.
