This has become the worst location to order from. I placed a order a hour and a half and I call the store to speak with someone and no answers. Horrible service.

Yesterday I went to place a take out order. Specify half with chicken/mushrooms/pineapple, the other half with pepperoni, a super easy order! How is it possible that I asked for an extra large and they give me only 2 pieces with all the toppings and the rest only cheese š I mean 8 pieces only with cheese!!! Whats going on with the training of those workers

I found hair in my pizza and i tried to stop the Haitian delivery man to give his tip because i didnāt answer phone and he threw the receipt on the ground in front of my drive way.. the disrespect is real here!!

My app told me it was ready went there it wasnāt ready. Finally got the pizza , and itās messed up . One pepperoni and one pepperoni, bacon and JalapeƱo peppers. whereās the bacon ? Itās under the cheese.

They lack higiene at this location, the person who served me at the register was very nice, however he is the one working the dough with his hands no gloves, this is very concerning. I also noticed the other coworkers in the back had no gloves. Place is not clean.

Not sure what is....the issue. Ordered from 3 different locations over the past few months vs same location. Pizza was....lack of a better word ...soggy. Crust....also soggy. Pizza just didn't taste like it was baked 100%. Ordered from another location some weeks later. Same size and toppings and also didn't seem to be baked 100%. Few days ago, ordered same pizza and toppings from completely different location and it took was soggy. And not just my opinion as had a few other people also eating some of the pizza. PJ's is not going to issue a refund or credit either. So you're sort of stuck with your order if it's also...soggy.

Well I usually have problems with my order being placed when I talk to the call service and I asked to speak directly to the store. Well the person who answer the phone, when I told her I would like to place an order for pickup, rudely replied the call center didn't take your order? I reply i asked to speak to the store but she continued to be rude and nasty, all because I asked to speak with someone at the store. I told her I was sorry I bother her or inconvenience her by trying to place an order with the store and hung up
I ordered through the app and never received my pizza so I called the store. The lady Sheril who answered the phone had to be having a bad day because she began yelling at the delivery driver and handed hi the phone to talk to me. Poor guy sounded older and didnāt know what to say or do. Finally I just asked for a refund. Very unprofessional

I ordered a extra large pepparoni pizza and original crust, because of the price of my pizza who ever made the pizza gave me super thin crust pizza this is why i stop tipping this place,seem like by you having the Papa John card and getting 50% off they make the pizza like your getting 50% off ,they make the pizza with no love i even took picture just incase someone want to see it.Getting the Papa John's rewards card 50% off is like a punishment, literally no love in the pizza ,this supposed to be a original pizza, pizza is as thin as paper smh

Poor demeanor from Jules and Amaya. Terrible attitude problems with sutomer service. I just wanted my pizza delivered to the right address and proceeded to tell them the right address just for them to tell me Itās not and I called them 20 times just to get put on hold, and handed to a different rude manager and I ordered ranch on the side and for some reason they put ranch inside the pizza so it was basically inedible it was a large cheese pizza with garlic crust. I really just wanted my money back after getting disrespected.
