Every single time I order delivery my pizza is NEVER on time. Imagine I spent $30 for 1 large pizza and reside close to the location and my order is beyond 10 mins late. The first time I ask for an adjustment since I've never asked for one for a late pizza I get places on an extended hold only to get hung up on. When I call back the same person who claimed they had to check with a manger and placed me home claimed they didn't know I was hold and further down in the conversation said she's the manager and wouldn't be adjusting the price but would give a credit towards my next order. I am so disgusted by this. So she expects me to pay $30 for cold pizza so I told her to cancel it and that she can have it. I'm contacting corporate 1st thing Tuesday morning. Customer service has gone to the dogs. Poor delivery lady pulled up minutes later after cancelation begging me to take the order since they failed to call her and tell her the order was canceled.as expected a cold @@@@ing pizza!

Here they gave me the wrong order, but not something that bothered me Tanti, there are two girls who treated me in a very rude way, in fact the one who took my order was a very friendly boy, and I won't be left with their service, but yes, the pizza was incorrect, I wanted a Hawaii and they gave me a cheese one, but it's good, it's edible, but the girls' attitude didn't please me.

The WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! I ordered on Uber eats, the driver pulled up to my gate & quickly turned around & left with my food!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION & to be honest I think it should be shut down!!! THIEVES!!!

By far the worst pizza delivery experience we ever had. We eat pizza often from Dominos, Papa Johns, Pasquale’s and others and once in a blue moon, we will give Pizza Hut a try because there always seems to be an issue. Last time we tried to order… we had an order #, ETA and everything but nothing ever came and over an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, still nothing. Eventually they claimed they never received our order despite us having an order # and confirmation email. So here we are, probably about a year later - trying again and our order has still not been delivered, almost 30 minutes after the original ETA provided. The info on the app sat on ‘your order is in the oven’ for a very long time and then switched to its ‘out for delivery’ about 20 minutes after the original ETA. Looks like it’s finally here as I finish this but all in all - probably the worst app and phone experience ever. Oh, and the driver forgot our drinks ?♀️ so now we get to eat our pizzas and drink our drinks later when she goes back to the store to get them.

I have been eating Pizza Hut for the over 30 years now. In the last 20 so I have only ordered pan pizzas. So when my order arrived and it was not what I ordered, I placed a call to the store. The person on the phone told me that I was incorrect and that they sent me the correct order and essentially told me they were not going to correct their mistake. Again I was looking at the pizza and it was not the correct order at all.I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping so I was forced to eat what I did not order. HOWEVER, I will never order Pizza Hut again. With the amount of other options out there, I will just choose to take my business elsewhere.
