Ordered wings it was disgusting. Full of feathers, the sauce was on some and others didn't have any. It was tasteless.

The staff was rude. I've been going here for 3 years. They change staff so frequently and this last batch... I'm not willing to be gaslighted. How are you going to put one slice of topping on each slice of pizza and when i ask if it could be remedied, ask me if i ordered extra toppings without even looking at the pizza, then she scoffed at me and rolled her eyes and completely ignored me... mind you, they messed up my pizza the first time they made it and i told them everyone was human and makes mistakes and i was willing to wait for them to make me a new correct one even though i was on my lunch break for work. I will be looking for a new pizza place. This place has lost my trust.

Attempted to place a order the phone, the associate who answered the phone listened to my order and hung up. Upon my arrival for pickup the associate who answered the phone never entered the order in the system. Complete disappointment.

This place has horrrrrible customers service. I called for delivery the young lady refused to take my order telling Me to call another store. When asked to speak to the manager she refused raised her voice so I had to handle her like the child she was acting. They need people that wants to work. Will they can have the points I'm done with this restaurant she might tamper with my food

I am beyond in disbelief about the “complications” I’ve had to go through with pizza hut. Not only did the “dasher” that is supposably used to send out orders not show up and bring me my food that i paid $30 dollars for, but continues to lie about showing up. I have camera footage of no one being their and me being outside for an HOUR WAITING before up till the time he said he arrived!? Meanwhile The Dasher had said he arrived at my complex, Which made utterly no sense, seeing as how I am sitting outside in the cold waiting and no one is outside. better yet when I call Pizza Hut they have no idea what’s going on or where the Dasher is at. Theirs no resolution for it? instead i get hung up on. Ive waited 2 hours patiently for my food to arrive .It is now 11:00 pm mind you i made my order at 9:00 pm. This is absolutely inadmissible and I am exasperated. I will be addressing this issue to my lawyers and bringing you guys to court sense you’re workers nevermore you’re manager that i spoke with will not resolve this issue. All of my calls to this pizza hut has been recorded, meaning yes all of the falsehood and shenanigans you put me through will be used against you’re corrupt facility in the court of law. Try to come to this store at 10:45 and the lady tells me we are close but on the website it says 12
If they don't forget a meal, send things wrong as if they did them with their feet. It's the worst thing for me, I'll never buy from that store again. I ordered some cinnamon rolls and I'm supposed to bring a sweet on top and they sent me those hard breads.

Rated 4 for service and atmosphere because it can be ok or great depending on who is on duty.The food is always good because it is Pizza Hut...I am always happy because whoever is making the pizza always wears gloves which must be store policy...thank you for that!
