Its 2:30pm and they dont have any lettuce to make a salad. Then I ordered 2 tropichops and there is barely any chicken on them (and I mean barely). This is not the first time, ive ordered a tropichop before and they gave me the scrapping from the bottom of the grill and I had to drive back to ask the manager if the looks acceptable to him. Im tired of the lack of care at this location.

The service was veryyyyyyy bad and they don’t know how to treat people, ok I get it it’s the 4th of July but why is the store is closed at 9:45 and they are supposed to close at 12:00am , they told me nd my sister to walk through the drive through then they took so long and the older Indian looking lady was being rude to my mom . And on top of that my order was still wrong . I ordered a number 5 and I got something totally different Store needs a lot of improvements on customer care .

Officially my last time at this Pollo Tropical. Ordering felt like I had never ordered at a pollo before, nothing I said made sense to the worker. They were out of almost all the sauces available and in the end my order was wrong.

We just moved relatively close to this location and because of that we have gotten dinner a few times. But, here is the issue we have lately. This has happened to my brother a couple of times. He went and bought 2 whole chickens rice and beans. The disappointment when we open the containers! The chicken was DRY and it looks like it shrank a lot on the grill. Tiny pieces!!! Rice was ok, we got 90% bean soup and 10% beans. I haven’t noticed if they don’t add buns with the meals but, there none today. We will stop buying form here. Publix across the street seems like a great option.
