Officially my last time at this Pollo Tropical. Ordering felt like I had never ordered at a pollo before, nothing I said made sense to the worker. They were out of almost all the sauces available and in the end my order was wrong.

We just moved relatively close to this location and because of that we have gotten dinner a few times. But, here is the issue we have lately. This has happened to my brother a couple of times. He went and bought 2 whole chickens rice and beans. The disappointment when we open the containers! The chicken was DRY and it looks like it shrank a lot on the grill. Tiny pieces!!! Rice was ok, we got 90% bean soup and 10% beans. I haven’t noticed if they don’t add buns with the meals but, there none today. We will stop buying form here. Publix across the street seems like a great option.

they hire all these lazy Kids who pay no attention to your order and just want to waste time on the clock.ordered my meal from drive thru to get cold chicken sandwich no sauce or condiments in the bag to eat with guess what ...my burnt fries. worst location in the area by a long shot I could have gotten better food and service driving to a pollo in a bad neighborhood , unacceptable.

Got fast and friendly service. Chicken, black beans & Rice and Chicken Quesadia were very good. Sad that they discontinued the Orignal Cuban sandwich. :)

I did drive thru, but the lady's were absolutely helpful
October 20th, around 5pm, This was my worst pollo tropical experience in 4 years of living in florida. wish i would’ve read the reviews before coming here. they gave me burnt meat for the tropical trio. blood in the chicken…… will never come to this location again! might just stay away from pollo tropical overall after this experience.

Well I placed my order and I was told it will take 5 minutes , but it wasxtaking longer, I asked them to give me something, I didn't want it anymore, and he hurried up and still gave me that order..A full bowl of rice with a little piece of chicken...I was upset because I told him I wanted to change the order. Also the guava lemonade tasted like the lemon was old or the Guaver was spoiled. 🤔
