Terrible service! The glass window which showcases the food being cooked is “covered” so you can’t watch the preparation of your food. The cooks look dirty and don’t speak English. Manager has bad attitude as if the customer owes him something. Stick to the mall Sarku’s this one ranks at the lowest and grimiest! 🤢🤮🤢🤮

If you're in the North Lauderdale area, this is a MUST place to try out. Not only are the prices incredible, but the teriyaki chicken is phenomenal! I've ordered the Bento box 3 times and it has not been disappointing even once, always the same portions and always delicious.

I really enjoyed this location especially since it isn't in a mall. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I recommend the shrimp tempura or the chicken teriyaki plate with the yum sauce!!

This is a terrible restaurant. I have had bad service in the past but today I thought I try it again in case they were having a bad day and it was busy. Today, I got even a worse service. The restaurant was empty and no one greeted nor offer to hep me with an order. I placed my order on the kiosk and sat down. The girl behind the counter said my food was ready and pointed to the open containers on top of the counter. So I don’t get any customer service at all. At the price point it offers, this place is terrible and not worth receiving my money.
