Ordered online two sandwiches. They were not toasted and they just gave me two of the same sandwich. Just ham cheese lettuce and tomato. I asked for mayo and onions. No one at the front speaks any English. Not helpful.

Over the years ive always come to this location because my sons loves to get a sub after we finish shopping every wknd.. its so sad how bad the service has gotten. There was a woman in there that kept the business running like a well oiled machine for yrs. She had great customer service, the cleanliness was top notch, and she was fast. I dont know if the business has been sold but the last few months its been terrible. They are always out of stuff(including Sunday bags lol) , its not as clean, the veggies and meat have freezer burn,they act like they don't understand English, and today the girl charged me an extra 1.00 and I said the sign clearly says 6.99 for the Philly on Sunday. She proceeded to tell me that you get the deal with a drink and chips..you can't make this up. I told her to give me my cup and chips and I was so annoyed with the long line of ppl complaining that I didn't bother getting my dollar back. Just terrible. Will be adding this to the long list of subways I dont frequent anymore because I can't afford my kids getting sick due to negligence .

I would give 0 stars if I could, the store closes at 11:00 PM, came in at 10:12 PM and the employee states that they are closed. I stated that I thought the store closes at 11:00 PM, she said well we are already closed. Very poor customer service!! What's the point of hiring employees that are not willing to work the hours required?

DO NOT GO THERE, They're thefts, offering a daily "deal" for 5.99 which you're not allowed to chose from any of the ingredients, plus they just put a miserable amount. It is not a sandwich that is bread with something, also be careful, they will charge you tip without even asking. The're DISHONEST and ABUSERS.

I ordered my turkey sub using the app outside Walmart. Two minutes after I walked in, a nice lady handed me my sub which was entirety fresh including the bread, meat, and toppings. I love it when nothing goes wrong. Thanks!

Right before 9:10 Feb 1st. Just left your establishment. Older woman with glasses went to the back as soon as I came up. I waited patiently for her to come back, but it took a long enough time that I had to yell for her to come back up. I asked if I could have 2 cups, and clearly advised I was going to use them not for a drink, but to transport my fish. Shot in the dark but I've worked at food establishments that have sold only the cup. I asked the lady multiple times for just the cup, I specifically emphasized just the cup. She kept saying yes and asking me what cup i wanted, she asked at least 3 times because i kept repeating just the cup. Once i tell her, she grabs both cups and then she says that'll be the full price at 6 and some change. I completely understand if its the policy, I just won't buy it, I just don't understand the back and forth when u knew I only wanted the cup, and to say 6 dollar with a smile like i didn't just explain it is rude. Esp considering your right in the middle of walmart? Like just being a decent person you could have said hey it'll b cheaper if u just get it in the Walmart. Heck if u didnt want to get on your bosses bad side, just say, we dont sell just the cup, itll be full priced. But because u didn't, now u have a bad review, and i wont return when i actually come a decent amount. Honestly, It's really just called common courtesy, and I don't think it would bother anyone to practice it. Anyways good luck, listen more and do better!

I understand people have personal issues but we all know never bring those issues to work. That young jamaican girl that works there has an attitude everytime I see her. It's honestly a big turn off. Noone forced you to work at subway..there are plenty of other places you can work where you don't have to deal with customers if that is your choice.

This is probably my favorite subway on the planet. The experience I had here exceeded my expectations more often than other establishments could even attempt. Khadija is an amazing sandwich artist !!!
