There is nothing more frustrating when it comes to placing an order then having to deal with someone that doesn't speak or understand English.
The lady barely smiles or greeted me , never does. Also I was charged a tip on receipt when I never authorized one. Due to her not speaking English she also gave me a bad attitude.

The lady making my sandwich spoke very little English. I got an all American sandwich and I noticed she didn’t add the bacon. I asked her to add the bacon and she said it would be more (I assumed she ment extra $$). I told her multiple times the sandwich comes with bacon and she kept repeating herself. It took her actually looking at the menu to add the bacon. She added the bacon RAW without putting it in the oven. I had to tell her to put it in the oven to cook. Although I would love the settlement check from that lawsuit, having food poisoning on Labor Day weekend wasn’t apart of my plans. Do better!!!
Worst sub shop in Florida. Employees don't speak English, not trained to make a sandwich. Don't know the difference between ham and turkey. I bought a cold cut combo, she didn't know what kind of meat to put on it and how much. I asked for white bread she didn't know which bread I was asking for. I will never go back to this subway.

Hours say they close at 11 but the workers shut down at 10 so that they can leave at 11. Spanish workers are very rude if you don’t speak Spanish.

After shopping at Walmart, my sister was excited to stop by Subway for a footlong cookie. However, when we approached the register and my sister politely said hello to the cashier, who appeared to be Hispanic, we were completely ignored. The cashier did not acknowledge us or respond in any way, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

As a paying customer, I was denied a cup of water, which I find completely unacceptable. Denying a basic necessity like water reflects poor customer service and is deeply concerning.

Made my sandwich wrong as usual and when I told them Elisa put her hand in my face and walked away super unwarranted and unprofessional
Ordered online two sandwiches. They were not toasted and they just gave me two of the same sandwich. Just ham cheese lettuce and tomato. I asked for mayo and onions. No one at the front speaks any English. Not helpful.

Over the years ive always come to this location because my sons loves to get a sub after we finish shopping every wknd.. its so sad how bad the service has gotten. There was a woman in there that kept the business running like a well oiled machine for yrs. She had great customer service, the cleanliness was top notch, and she was fast. I dont know if the business has been sold but the last few months its been terrible. They are always out of stuff(including Sunday bags lol) , its not as clean, the veggies and meat have freezer burn,they act like they don't understand English, and today the girl charged me an extra 1.00 and I said the sign clearly says 6.99 for the Philly on Sunday. She proceeded to tell me that you get the deal with a drink and chips..you can't make this up. I told her to give me my cup and chips and I was so annoyed with the long line of ppl complaining that I didn't bother getting my dollar back. Just terrible. Will be adding this to the long list of subways I dont frequent anymore because I can't afford my kids getting sick due to negligence .

I would give 0 stars if I could, the store closes at 11:00 PM, came in at 10:12 PM and the employee states that they are closed. I stated that I thought the store closes at 11:00 PM, she said well we are already closed. Very poor customer service!! What's the point of hiring employees that are not willing to work the hours required?

DO NOT GO THERE, They're thefts, offering a daily "deal" for 5.99 which you're not allowed to chose from any of the ingredients, plus they just put a miserable amount. It is not a sandwich that is bread with something, also be careful, they will charge you tip without even asking. The're DISHONEST and ABUSERS.
