Absolutely the WORST customer service and sub I've ever had ! We were completely ignored while standing there and trying to give instructions on making the sub. And this was our 2nd attempt! Both times the subs were disgusting. But the person making the sub was just RUDE. Totally ignored us and didn't say a word. We didn't want mayonnaise squirted all over the top. We instructed to put it on the bread. He puts it on the bread then squirts it on the top also. It was just an awful experience and I recommend staying away from this Subway!

Worst sub I've ever had in my life. Bread was hard and tough. Supposed to be steak and cheese, but tasted like Taco Bell meat. Super skimpy on the "meat". I ordered in the app ahead and it was ready when I arrived though.

This place needs to be inspected. The Ice machine is nasty. WHen i got ice, some black stuff came out. I showed the girl, who apologize dand gave me a bottled drink instead. I told her they should clean the ice part of the machine. People will get sick. I dont like to give 12 star, but that is a health concern.

The food is always good when I order at this place. My review is in reference to the mobile ordering. Customer beware, if you place a mobile order and your phone number is outside of Florida they will not place your order until after you come to the location. Even if you get the confirmation that your order is being made. This happened to me 4 times and all for 4 times were at this location. The manager on site, always the same person, lies and say \\\"we called the number but it didn't go through\\\". The number is my direct cell number and my cell always rings. She is blatantly lying! She assumes because my number is not from Florida so instead of taking 5 seconds to call and verify the order she does not nothing and waits until you walk into the store. Any other subway that I make a mobil order with never gives me this problem. Either they simply make the order or they call and confirm. Lying is the fastest way to lose customers. I am reporting this store to corporate.

Ordered through UberEATS. Sandwich came completely saturated in mustard a mustard sloppy mess. All veggies covered in mustard. Very disgusting and dissatisfied. Home recovering from surgery so I can't even return it.

People here don't want to work, I went at 8:50 PM and the person there only says that they're not attending anyone and they're supposed to close at 9 PM.
