I’m a HUGE fan of Tabanka. I’ve not yet to have a bad experience here! I come here fairly often and every time I do come, the food is so amazing and the people are so warming and welcoming. Not only are they just nice, they also are so hard working. They make sure to get your order right and make sure you enjoy their delicious tasty food. I’m not trini so at first I felt weird coming here. Especially since I’m probably one of the few asians that come here. If even. They don’t judge at all and make sure to get their job done. Such an amazing place. 💗

If you want a flourishing business, you have to put in the effort. Paying extra for curry shrimp and this is what you get for a total of $6.25 for 1 aloo pie with curry shrimp. The picture even shows its not a real aloo pie, aloo is stuffed into the dough then fried not smeared inside of it. Bought 10 things and asked for everything on the side and get 1 small thing of cucumber for 4 people to share. I drove from Palm Beach to try it but the quality isn't worth the drive. I wasn't please with the taste. The aloo had a weird flavor, not sure if it was a seasoning or just stale. I won't be coming back. With so many options available now in South Florida you have to stand out in the crowd.

Ticktok has steered me wrong again. I came here because when I put in doubles south florida, this place kept coming up. I went to 3 different places to compare the double(here, lj's, & joys ) ,& lj's & joys doubles were better than tabanka. Came here another time & got food. It was tasteless & oily. I'm guessing the oil is supposed to give it flavor. I've been to port of Spain plenty of times & have gotten doubles & food from down by the savannah & on aripita Ave, so I know good trini food. This isn't it

We (7 peoples) are on vacation from the UK and found Tabanka! The food is authentic and soooo tasty! Had to visit twice and might go again before we go back to London… Lovely place
