I come during the day and the Spanish lady who is the manager always gets them to shave the beef.
Today I went in the evening for the 3rd time and the black girl who is the manager tells me it's shaved when it's clearly thick. Then she gave me attitude so I left the sandwiches on the counter because I'm not trying to argue with them and wasted my money.

Arby’s roast beef sandwich is a classic—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The curly fries are crispy, perfectly seasoned, and addictive. Great service and consistently delicious.
Very delicious food, different from traditional hamburgers The Sandwich is very thin meat slices, grilled They have corkscrew type fries that are different and tastier. You have free loading of soft drinks

Left off a item and it took them 20 minutes to do anything because they're checking the cameras over a sandwich that she DID forget to give me. Now they're all speaking Spanish and giving attitude and now off course the rest of the food is cold waiting on nonsense. Will never be back.

Horrible experience. The chicken was raw, just terrible. It was fried in old oil, which made it even worse. I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it away. It's very dangerous. I may have poisoning. A complete waste of money. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
