Had I been able to I would have given no starsI attempted to place an order For a family of four Requested all dark meat and was told I could not have all Dark meat so I left You might as well sell that storeI'm sure you're losing money

The service was horrible walked oil specifically told the lady I need two means 1/4 chicken dark meat with ribs sides will be corn and mash potatoes. She gets the chicken then says we don’t have corn today or ribs.

Not sure has happened to this location- used to be fine but lately very few customers. Does not seem to have recovered from COVID. Came at 1:30 on a Thursday- place looks to be in disarray, short line moves very slowly and when I was finally able to order, informed that it would be a 45 minute wait for a half chicken meal. The single chicken breast I could get was good though. Don't think I'm coming back to this location.

The meatloaf is bust ???just let it cook a lil.more I'm tell they we'll sell way more but the chicken is always on point so.idk but trust me if they let it just get a Lil more crispy ? ? boy u they have a line around the corner ????????

The female employee we place a pickup order with via phone had Such a bad attitude, very unpleasant and unprofessional didn’t seem to want to work once once we arrived at the pick up window the attitude from that employee continued she didn’t even respect the other co workers was very short with them. Definitely disappointed with the service make you want to avoid this location altogether

The advertising pictures look better than the food that's prepared. The manager "Tara" went above and beyond to make sure that my visit was not an enjoyable one. Thanks Tara I will never go to any Boston Market ever again.

I would give them a negative star if I could these people hung up on me when I was just wanted to ask them if they have any chicken pot pie instead she yells in the phone and hangs up on me

Placed an order online and order was wrong. I was missing majority of my food. They didn't answer the phone the first time. Once I did get someone on the phone they tried to tell me I had everything even though I could name all the items I was missing. They told me they were closed so we couldn't pick up the rest of our order 9:45pm, I informed them that online it says they closed at 10pm and they said they closed earlier at 9pm tonight. Really it's one thing to have bad customer service, but to boldly lie to a paying customer is ridiculous. Will never order here again!!! Very disappointed!!
We went to this place several times when we were in Miami. Very good service. Very helpful. And delicious.

It's Boston Market. I hadn't been in many years because where I lived didn't have them. But I really like their food. I particularly like their meat loaf and Mac and cheese. Try it out!

I worked for Boston Market for 3 years at a different location in Miami and this location by no means compares to where I used to work. They were pretty much out of 80% of their menu items. And the attitude of their workers left much to be desired for.

Only the drive thru was open and the only reason they get one star is because they don't have one no stars. I've been eating at this place for many years...the food was absolutely horrible. Got the meatloaf, potatoes,sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach...thru the entire meal away. Truly disappointed ☹️☹️
