The drive-through service is terrible. You always have to wait at the speaker to place your order then when you drive up, you also have to wait so their clock does not clock how long you’re really waiting in the drive-through to pick up to purchase and pick up your order then after waiting so long when you get your food, the food quality is so disgusting either your order is wrong, cold, m, too hot, unbeatable to the point you’re gonna burn your mouth, the food is old! As far as the workers I won’t say that they are rude. I will say that they don’t care about the quality of service that they give. They don’t care that the food is cold or too hard or that they messed up your order. They don’t care about giving customers fresh food and making sure that the customer is happy. I go to this Burger King two maybe three times a week because it’s convenient on my way to drop off my babe and get to work and every day, I have a different experience. This place obviously needs a new manager that actually cares about keeping this restaurant which is a staple in our community open and running with quality service and food !

I just ordered from this location minutes ago & I specifically ordered a FULLY LOADED CROISSAN’WICH which to my knowledge brings the ham, bacon & sausage. The lady in the drive thru “Chiquita Rozier” I believe is her name, asks me what kind of meat I want? & me all confused respond that I thought the sandwich brings all 3?? So I tell her I want the fully loaded that brings everything, all 3 meats, when I arrive to the window she hands me my food with a very dry attitude like she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t even say anything to me when I told her thank you multiple times. When I return to my job to eat during my break I open the sandwich wrapper & she gave me a ham egg & cheese croissan’wich!! So she charged me $10.15 for the fully loaded croissan’wich which I REALLY wanted & gave me just HAM!! I didn’t even have time to go back cause I have to get back to work!! Really disappointing my whole mood and break ruined just cause this person couldn’t get ONE SIMPLE THING right, never coming back to this location.

It’s been over a decade since I’ve had cini minis and they did not disappoint! Soft, warm, not too sweet. I never go to Burger King but I’ll come for these! Service is a little slow but worth it

No carbonation in the drinks, no way the employee didn’t know. Food was warm at least. Smelled like old grease as soon as drive thru window open.

"Today, I encountered a disgrace at Burger King that goes beyond just poor customer service—it's an insult to what we stand for as a nation under God. There was this long-haired, scruffy, tattooed guy standing at the drive-thru like he was king of the world, but instead, he's the reason this business is sinking. His tattoos, likely picked up in prison, scream gang affiliation—probably protection to keep from becoming someone’s pawn. Yet here he is, trying to intimidate customers and acting like he sets the rules. He refused to serve me because I was on a bike, even though my order CLEARLY stated 'bike.'

Let me tell you something: you don’t make the rules, you follow them. I don’t care if you’ve decided to play tough guy in your minimum wage kingdom, but I’m not someone you can disrespect. You’re out here slinging burgers, making milkshakes, while I build a legacy that will shake this nation to its core—an empire that turns heads, while you can’t even turn your own life around.

I stand as a customer, but also as a proud individual who believes in hard work, respect, and the values this country is built on. You’ll keep flipping burgers while my art and achievements fill stadiums, not just bank accounts. This isn’t just about a missed burger—it’s about the principle that we don’t let people like you tear down what good, hardworking folks have built. You may think you’re untouchable in your little drive-thru, but understand this: I’ll be back every day until you learn what true customer service is, until you realize that the people who walk up to that window aren’t beneath you—they’re what keep you afloat.

You want to play tough? Well, let’s see how tough you are when the weight of your arrogance collapses on you. I’ll replace all the dirt over your coffin with the money I’ve made through actual work, integrity, and the blessings I’ve earned. I won’t let you or anyone else disrespect me, or the values we hold dear in this country. Under God, we don’t let the weak of heart or weak of spirit destroy what’s right. I expect a resolution. I expect to be treated with the respect all customers deserve. And until I get it, I’ll be back, and you will remember my name."

I was told one order per car I’m not allowed two separate orders & that was a first hearing that, the employee was rude & very nonchalant like I’m bothering her. so I went thru the drive thru another time to order, I asked no onions on one order & I was given what seems as a sandwich with more then a few onions. It’s sad when you’re a paying customer & you have people working at these places like that.

no cup holders for almost 2 weeks please do better

Gods Plan

Please stop using old oil to make the fries. It’s disgusting and very obvious. Customers are not coming here to beg but to use their hard earned money to purchase meals so please stop short handing us.
My 3rd time visiting and the fries screaming old grease. Yuck!!

The employees seem to have an issue with preparing a burger based on how a customer wants it. No onion, add bacon. It always happens at this location.
