When somebody orders their food to be extra hot, we should not have to take it home and microwave it. I should be able to eat it out of the wrapper. Why is it so hard to have food hot?

Customer service has been repeatedly abysmal to the point where I will never return to this Burger King. The food is decent but no where near good enough to tolerate the rudeness from some of the staff here.
The worst service interaction I ever had totally unprofessional. The drive through cashier acting as if she's hooking up with someone on the phone while taking my order. I drive around & I'm embarrassed at the fact she's a older woman being loud, unseemly, & just a total embarrassment to herself and Burger King as a company. Just embarrassing and sad. I'll never revisit this location.

They never have shakes or ice cream in stock and DoorDash orders always come wrong. Smh this location is really bad. I use to actually like burger king but this was when i would go to a nice burger king In Broward.. unfortunately not the same for this
