I came in for a Bananas Foster Sundae Dasher and left completely impressed. It was so delicious—fresh bananas, creamy ice cream, and everything made with care. The man who helped me (I think he might be the owner) was kind, professional, and really seemed to take pride in what he was doing. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about quality, and that made all the difference.
This location stands out, not just for how tasty everything was, but for how well I was treated. I’ll definitely be back—and if you’re thinking of stopping by, go for it! He deserves all the business he can get.

Worst Carvel ever. The girl was very rude, and they doesn’t add enough toppings, I asked for hot fudge and instead of serving it like a normal person she just put a drizzle. The medium cup cost more than the small cup, but you get the same amount of ice cream!??? Getting just two scoops of ice cream when I’m paying more, that’s unfair, it is legit the worst carvel, totally ruined my experience.

I was able to get a variety of festive birthday ice cream items, all individually packaged. My friend loved them all! I bought 7 items total, which included sprinkles, ice creams, and ice cream sandwiches.

I ordered 2 large sundaes and 3 scoops of rocky road seperate. Ubder deliveted costing $40.00. My HOT FUDGE sundae i really wanted was missing, strawberry, nuts, and chocolate sprinkles and HOT FUDGE. What is a HOT FUDGE Sundaes without hot fudge? It was horrable, but cost over $15.00 served in a plastic drink type cup with maybe 4 oz.s of ice cream, a small portion. I called Uber, they gave me a $3.00 discount, Wow. What I really wanted is to teach the town idiot how to read the order. Your only job is to make the Sundae right and take pride in your job, whatever it is. There is no quality control and someone checking over the orders. To the owner, add more ice cream,. What is 5 oz's more ice cream and a nice Carvel container, not a plastic kids cup going to cost you? You loose old school customers this way to save .50 cents.
Highly recommend this Carvel location! Ordered Carvel through Uber Eats, then called the store and spoke to Angel and expressed exactly how I wanted my sundae. She went above and beyond and my sundae was prepared better than how I ordered it!
