My HOT FUDGE sundae i really wanted was missing, strawberry, nuts, and chocolate sprinkles and HOT FUDGE. What is a HOT FUDGE Sundaes without hot fudge? It was horrable, but cost over $15.00 served in a plastic drink type cup with maybe 4 oz.s of ice cream, a small portion. I called Uber, they gave me a $3.00 discount, Wow. What I really wanted is to teach the town idiot how to read the order. Your only job is to make the Sundae right and take pride in your job, whatever it is. There is no quality control and someone checking over the orders. To the owner, add more ice cream,. What is 5 oz's more ice cream and a nice Carvel container, not a plastic kids cup going to cost you? You loose old school customers this way to save .50 cents.

Highly recommend this Carvel location! Ordered Carvel through Uber Eats, then called the store and spoke to Angel and expressed exactly how I wanted my sundae. She went above and beyond and my sundae was prepared better than how I ordered it!
