Silver Feliz, the “manager,” values the 10 cents it takes to actually fill the large fries so much, he’d rather lose a customer who sadly came there 3–4 times a week, spending over 15 a visit. Even has the nerve to show me that, when they hand it to you, they’re supposed to squeeze the cup to give the appearance of a full fry. For a company who swears it’s “their pleasure,” this wasn’t very smart of you, was it? Plenty of fast food places know how to actually fill a fry box and present their food correctly. I refunded the whole meal, and won’t be back. I don’t need to go somewhere who disvalues customer service and, to your face, will tell you, in other words, “yes, I scammed you.”

I am a law enforcement officer and a disabled veteran. After completing a 12-hour shift, I stopped at Chick-fil-A and presented my police officer ID and badge. Unfortunately, I was denied the special offer for police officers.

When I politely requested to speak with a manager, the response I received was not only dismissive but came across as even more disrespectful. As someone who has dedicated years of service to my community and my country, this was disappointing and disheartening.

Chick-fil-A is known for customer service and respect, but this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope management reviews this incident and ensures that all staff treat patrons - especially those with military service backgrounds - with courtesy and professionalism.

I usually love Chick-fil-A. Tonight I ordered a Spicy Southwest salad. They really owe me a salad! Most of the lettuce was trash. Didn't even have a whole chicken tender worth of meat and maybe a half of a scoop of the corn salsa. It was beyond sad and too expensive to be given this.
