This is the worse Chic fila I have ever been to. The pick up order took 20 minutes to be given to me even though it was empty. They gave me no condiments or napkins so I had to go inside. The black girl in the front named Aaliyah is extremely rude. She was condescending to me when I asked her for honey and napkins for my order. Her manager allowed her to be rude and watched the entire interaction. I’m never in this area and was driving through but I will never come back. Whoever owns this location so find new employees because the current employees are terrible.

The African America guy with ear earings who took my order 2999043 on February 16, 2024 was very rude to me and I noticed was also rude to other customers. He showed an arrogant attitude and didn't let me finish asking what I wanted to order. He was always cutting me off so he confused me more because he didn't articulate his words correctly and clear. Definetly he was not showing any interest on helping customers. When I asked him to repeat what he just said he started getting nasty, impacient and intimidating. When it was time to pay I mistakenly put the incorrect credit card side in the reader and he furiously took it off hurting my fingers and put it on top of the reader instead. I ordered the combo but with large fries instead small fries and when I got home I noticed in the receipt he charged me for the whole combo plus the additional large fries again. I just wanted to increase the size on the fries, but I noticed he didn't care to do the adjustment to my order.I also ordered 3 chicken strips and I got something so grotesque and burnt as you see in the photoCustomers, please avoid this cashier I just mentioned above or you will end up having a bad day And always check your receipt and food before leaving the place

Chick-fil-A the greatest place I've ever been. I want to give them a 50 star. The owner. Mr. Feliz fantastic the staff fantastic the food is the greatest. The service is the greatest. World's most saddest sandwich. Ordered a meal with spicy chicken and it's just bare piece of chicken with 2 slices of pickles and a bun. I don't see the point of it.Stripes and fries were actually nice, but inconsistently salted.Bites were laughable, tiny in size and amount. If I ever comeback here, I'll do it only for strips only.And what's the point of dine in option if they pack everything in the single big bag anyway?
