I been coming here for the past 5 years and the staff is amazing the manager is awesome and the food is always consistent, I appreciate coming to this place a lot and it’s my favorite location

As soon as you walk in you can feel the energy. I guess because I’m black and not Cuban they don’t like me. But they try to act nice when they know they are struggling to work. Understaffed food came to me cold because the Spanish guy on a Wednesday morning shift didn’t want to speak to me or address me what I needed when I showed him my phone for my food he acted as if he didn’t care at all and my food was done sitting there getting cold little did he know it was my food not one of my customer food for Uber eats or so listen treat everybody with speed and care no matter the race or job. Simple. But these people here who happened to be Cuban I can’t tell are stereotypical and prejudice against blacks. I won’t ever come here again

The store was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Used to frequent the one in Pembroke Pines but , this one surpassed that one by far! 5+ stars ⭐️!

This Chicken Kitchen location has a “Clean Plate” zero-violation recognition, and that’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

They served me after closing time. Randy and Emily, were so kind and patient. The atmosphere was clean and honestly the best service i’ve seen since going there.

Other locations offer a deal of small chop chop a small side and a drink.
This location does not offer the same deal as other locations.
Very small cheap portion.
Do not recommend this location.

from the moment you walk in, there is exceptional service. I have been too many chicken kitchens in the past, but never one like this one. This is my new go to lunch or dinner spot , Incredible service from all the staff members, they were very welcoming and always caring a big smile!! Keep it up guys
