This lady on the picture abandoned the cashier to play with the other 2 coworkers and left the Spanish lady working serving and charging alone with a huge line while they play and laugh in the back of the restaurant
Higiene was very poor with food all over the place on the balcony

Excellent service on Sunday I attended with the family, in the morning, good food, super nice line staff, improved since I went the last time.

This chipotle hates to give protein/meat on your bowl. They give you half a scoop and want to charge you for double meat. Just give me what I pay for. It’s a scam how they serve the food. Don’t come here for food. It’s bad.

How many bad reviews till corporate steps in and makes the store owner step up their team????? Every single time I come to this location there’s a line only because the staff is eating crap and they leave two people on the line at 8pm? Come
On man. Wasting people’s time and money. I love chipotle but this location is consistently bad. Mgmt careless than the staff. The one manager all he does is make sure people are scooping crumbs instead of real portions. It’s not a chipotle issue, it’s this location. I really hope they get it together. 20 mins minimum in line every time. Tonight was 30 mins. Wiiiiiiild.

I tried ordering two bowls, first they did not have any of the the ingredients i wanted and as i asked for another things the employee fully turns around and ignores me. Very very bad customer service

Overall bad customer service. Staff rather fight with customers instead of finding solutions. There was no lettuce in the regular line, but there was lettuce for mobile orders. When asked to get lettuce from the “mobile orders” their immediate response is no. When asked to comp guac, immediate answer is no. The “manager” just giggled the whole time. Mind you there was a line out the door. Yes, it was a promotional deal for $6 but if there is not something available stand by your customer. The store on a usual basis always lacks something. The fountain machine always tastes off. Utensils usually missing.

I found a sticker from the avocado in my guac as I was just making Gian aware he was so kind as to comp my whole meal.
I really wasn’t looking for that, I wanted to just make him aware and he went the extra mile. Now that is costumer service.

This is the location I normally come to, but honestly some of the people working have been pretty rude and don’t want to return. I don’t normally even take the time write reviews (unless they are good to help out the business), but I just left today and when I asked if they had any brisket left or making anymore, the guy cooking just rolled his eyes and says “does it look like we have any being made?” The guy serving the food apologized, but when I asked if they just ran out for the whole day or if there was a wait, the same cook just looked up with an attitude and said nothing leaving me choice but to leave. This isn’t the first time energy like this has been given at this location in particular.
