Ordered a chipotle rice bowl with extra chicken. Paid over $20 for it. Got it for delivery and what was in the bag? Skimpy steak tacos. Not what I asked for at all. But they made sure to put my red chimichurri sauce in the bag! Couldn’t even check if it was correct order

Do not order here at all! The food is always bad, the staff doesn’t speak English or care to help anyone. The worst service ever. DO NOT EVEN COME HERE

Walked into the store , already bad atmosphere and barely any people in it . Went up to order guy that was serving me didn’t really speak English that well which is of course fine but as soon as I started ordering he had an attitude. I told him I wanted js a little bit of beans and he no joke gave me 5 single beans , I thought that was supposed to be a joke and I laughed and he gave me a stank eye . What ever , I don’t really associate myself with people who work at chipotle but do better . This is why I will never change my chipotle location again .

By all means, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE (especially through Uber Eats).
This Chipotle location consistently sends out rotten food in online orders: guacamole, meat, lettuce, you name it. It feels intentional, because there’s no way they would serve such low-quality, spoiled items if you were standing right in front of them at the counter!

This has now happened to me three separate times when ordering via Uber Eats. That’s not a coincidence, it’s a pattern. At this point, I won’t be ordering online ever again, and honestly, I don’t think I can trust this place with my food at all anymore.

Chipotle manager: take it seriously! your customers deserve good quality food, especially when you’re charging extra for some of the items!

Preaty good, employees meh, but they get payed nothing, but if u smile and good energy u get the same treatment

I work throughout all South Florida, from West Palm Beach to Homestead and I have been in MANY Chipotle locations… this place has the SMALLEST meal I have ever seen. DO NOT COME IN HERE, don’t lose your time.

Gave this a place a try even with the bad reviews. I must each bad review is true. The people working have the worst customer service. They all seem like they hate there job and could careless about the food quality. The lobby was dirty each. The steak was chewy the food overall just terrible. Line set looks like old food.

Food at Chipotle is always good and a nice experience with the servers. The lines can be long and waiting time it's worth it. I ordered pork and steak with red beans and white rice. It was delicious. I recommend this when you want to upgrade from taco bell.
