Food was good. Service was fast. However my waiter was inattentive which killed my vibe for dessert, and shortened his tip.

This restaurant is located in a nice area near Florida International University. The menu is minimal at best. They do not have a good variety when it comes to seafood boils. Service is mediocre. Food came fast but waitress came to the table a total of 4 times. She did not ask if we needed anything. No refills were offered. Waitress did not know about the wines.
The food is not worth the price.
The shrimp basket was good.

The food tasted good but they definitely don’t give you a lot of food. This is the only location I’ve gone to that gives super small food portions.

Called and asked when they stop seating for dine in, was told 11PM. Rushed, arrived before 11 and they refused to seat me. Staff was rude. Manager wouldn't come speaks to us. Ended up leaving, didn’t even order to go they just lost a customer. Would leave zero stars if I could!

I walked into Crafty Crab thinking I was going to dinner, not a nightclub audition. The music was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, let alone talk. If they added hookah and a bouncer, it would’ve been a full-on lounge. Yes, there was a DJ—which is cool—but I came to eat seafood, not yell over bass drops. I was there with my 3-year-old, which clearly was not the target audience.

The host didn’t greet me at all—just stared like I walked into the wrong building. I had to repeat myself multiple times because the music was blasting so loud. When I asked to sit in an empty booth, I was told it wasn’t in the server rotation. I’ve worked in restaurants before, and I know how rotation works—but “customer first” clearly isn’t a thing here.

The overall hospitality was terrible, the vibe was chaotic, and the whole place felt like a joke. This is not a family restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. I would never come back and absolutely do not recommend this place unless you’re a young adult looking to get turnt while people hover around you as you eat.

If you’re hungry and want peace? Go literally anywhere else.

I have ordered the lobster special, the seafood is overcooked, and not juicy enough. A bit disappointed as there are so many good reviews and people are highly recommended, but the food does not meet expectation at all. The lobster are dry and felt like has been heated for a day, the meat is dry and not tender, muscles taste plain as well, the most fresh seafood is the shrimp! Price is okay, but the quality is not high
