I really enjoyed this particular Crafty Crab. The waitress (Lex) was tentative, pleasant and most of all friendly. My mother who is 91 years old thought very highly of her. She brought our hot meals and drinks as we didn't have to wait. Overall, I (we) really enjoyed the experience.

My crawfish was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and my calamari was hot & had amazing flavor. My waiter name was LEX & she is very attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better & made sure my food was on point . I only was want LEX to be my waiter ,she made me comfortable!

Craft Crab is good, but not great. The crab legs were pretty small, and they only gave us one cracker for two people I had to specifically ask for it, and they didn’t bring any cutters at all. The food itself was fine, but the lack of proper tools and small portions made the experience less enjoyable.
