Management is racist they don’t like anybody else but their own people. I literally heard them say it out of their mouth they’re not very clean. Things are not clean in the back in the kitchen such as like butter container. Sometimes they will drop lids and still use them on your food drops silverware’s all types of stuff and they still use it they don’t clean it they don’t give you a new one so that’s pretty much. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. THANK YOU TO ADASSA. SUPERB SERVICE. Love the ambience!!! The food was so bomb, I don't know why this place only has a few stars. Laughs, Food, and Smiles were exchanged the whole night. Thank you Crafty Crab!

I have come here years ago in the past, the customer service was better. I think this place has new owners and they are unqualified to be running a business. “Manager” was very rude and walked away after offering me a 10% discount on my bill after I informed her of my dissatisfaction of the food. Her response to me was “I had already eaten the food” as you can see I bit the corn once ☝? didn’t open the crab ? at all and that lobster was not fresh. Taste very dirty and fishy. Taste as if it came straight from it’s habitat. Shrimp was unclean. Crab ? boil bag is not even worth the money. If you can, avoid this location the one further south is way better. Or go to a different restaurant. Won’t see me here again, nor do I recommend.

Came here for a nice evening out. Was greeted by the hostess and after we were seated that was it. No service from any of the waitress they just walked passed us like we were invisible but they did come get the menus from our table without asking if we ordered...

Atmosphere was a lil dark. We were placed in a booth. Near the barhroom It was not comfortable.Waitress was friendly. But new and was not confidant .Staff was was standoffs.It was a lil difficult understanding how to order.It was not a memorable meal. But it was ok.I will have to return to give a much more favorable review.
