Worse place to order from . Dominoes as a whole is great just not from here . They don't answer the phone . And it takes 50 minutes to speak to the manager if your lucky. Never is the food on time by delivery or pick up. And when it is ITS COLD. They lie about the delivery time ALWAYS! Never gonna order from here again.

I ordered a pizza online for pick up at 11:47 am. When I arrived at 12:10 my order had been started. The associate displayed an attitude that was unfriendly and turned me off from this establishment. Aside from that the pizza was wrong.

Dietary restrictions: I do not eat pork or beef.

Kid-friendliness: The person that was assisting did not display a good attitude, professionalism and patience.

This is the second time this shit happen had to wait 3 hours and still didn’t get no food delivered when you call them they answer and put you on hold for hours

Placed an order online and it was never delivered. Called the store more than 10 times before someone finally answered, and placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes. Eventually found out that the order had never left the store. This was almost 2 hours after placing the order online.

Don’t order from this place they always deliver to the wrong address the drivers the worst and they customer service is the worst and the food isn’t made how it should be made

I placed my pizza order at 3:00 PM, and the app said it was completed and out for delivery at 3:17 PM. But at 3:40 PM, I got a call saying they didn’t have my drinks, which made it obvious the order hadn’t even left the store. A little later, the app updated again saying the order was completed, but I still haven’t gotten anything. When I called the store, they said they’ve been busy all day and only have one driver. It’s now been over an hour, and I’m still waiting. Do not order from here.

Let’s start with the waste of time and the unprofessionalism with the staff, they got the order wrong! A online order that is specifically written out and says large and they make a small, now I have to wait for the pizza to be made again, wasting my time.
The server didn’t even care that the order was made wrong and offered refund to not make the pizza again, as I wait I’m the only one complaining about orders being incorrect! Staff is very disrespectful. I really don’t know how this place is still up in business with staff like this. Don’t waste your and money by coming to this location! If I can give zero stars I would!

Placed my order through the phone. Called several times to check in on order but the kid who identified himself as the manager kept putting me on hold and never answering. Finally after two and half hours he picked up and tells me that they when to my location and knocked on the door several times but since I didn't answer they left. They pizza had already been paid for. Horrible service. Didn't offer to fix the issue at all. This was placed on December 25 at 3 pm.

The worst store ever! Always takes over an hour for delivery and worst of all
they never pick up the phone

We called the store, they picked up, told me to wait but left me on hold for an hour straight. So we cut the call out of frustration and went to the store to order, later on we picked up our order and found out they didn’t get the order right , we didn’t care much about the fact that they forgot to add the toppings we asked for but when we sat down to eat , it was literally horrible, there is no such words to describe how horrible it tasted , honestly. The closest I can get to describing it is that it tasted as if they didn’t care how they made it and they just made it however they could.

Utterly TRASH… why am I waiting 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered?? The app says order “complete” but nothing ever gets delivered. You call the store and just end up waiting another 20+mins!!! It’s currently 8:24pm I’ve just received my order, I ordered my pizza at 6!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE???? Now I have to eat cold and stale pasta cold pizza cold bread bites… save your self some trouble don’t order from here FFS….

I do not recommend this pizzeria. The order was not delivered for the second time. The same driver Beaudelaire. I think he stole pizza and then tried to prove that he had delivered it. This pizzeria does not return money.
