My first attempt was to speak to a manager, called but no answer. I ordered the 6.00 breakfast meal, but did not want the drink. At first they found it so difficult to do. Charge me 6.00 and exclude the drink!Or should I have gotten the coffee and thrown it away? I thought, maybe I could substitue with a bottle water, but was told that could not be done! Previously, I visited another dunkin, same order. They were extremely nice and offered me a bottle water or ice tea for my coffee substitution. Moving forward, I know where I should go!! By the way, my croissant sandwich bread was hard and not warm and my hash browns was cold. 🥴

Saturday 6:42 pm the lady didn’t want to take my order cause she said it was closed. She simply didn’t want to take my order. I feel disrespected. She was too busy on her phone even when I stand there for 15 minutes prior to that. Never coming back

Is incredible that every weekend morning they do not have hash brown and when they have it they only give 4 and burn before the sandwich come in a paper bag now is plastic unbelievable customers services is horrible I don’t think is a manager working because in the store employees are with their phones and with big attitude like the food is free for us 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
This has got to be the worst Dunkin donuts in America. The food is cold, the order is never right, and the people are RUDE!!!! The lady at the drive thru this morning was half-alive, didn’t take my order correctly then had an attitude with me. Make it make sense!

Management needs to be managed differently here. I ordered the same iced coffee I order daily and for some reason the lady asked me to back up and pull back up. I knew something was wrong, I checked my account t while she charged me. She charged me not only my drink. But she also charged me someone else food after. THAT WAS NO MISTAKE. THAT WAS INTENTIONAL. AND WHEN I CONFRONTED HER - she got nasty as it was my fault. Management needs to be aware!!!!!
