The service here was awful. I did a curbside pickup and the workers in the back were just standing around talking instead of bringing out my order. When I asked about it, they were rude and talked back instead of helping. If you can’t handle curbside orders, don’t offer the option. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Walked in no one in line. Like 2 customers in the store total. Stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes as 4 different employees walked past looked at me with no smile or a basic hello. So i went next door and ate subway instead.
Excellent products. Unfortunately the two employees who greeted us were very unpleasant and did not take half of the order because we took a long time to choose. They have no patience and stress us out to make a choice. I don't recommend unless you have a good mental state first thing in the morning.

Rude Staff , disgusting behavior with customers , special the dark hair blue eyes morning shift girl , she’s very rude , not professional , zero customers service , she looks like Cuban , bad English too , very disgusting , I live around and when you want a morning Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and you find this kind of person , it’s really disgusting , I don’t recommend guys this location , drive far or go to sunny isles Starbucks , unbelievable, ……

It sucks when you go out of your way to go somewhere and they don’t even have some of the basic necessities to run their business. What makes it worse is when they’re not even willing to take the time to make those items to satisfy a customer or customers.

I went there to get breakfast , But I waited on line for twenty minutes and when finally someone acknowledged me she got everything wrong the snack bacon was cold and crumble I brought it back and she said oh well and gave it back than the ice caramel latte that comes with whip cream she says it’s now an extra 1.25 for whip cream I said o never pay for it I thought it comes with it . Than she game me bagels that were not cut and the donuts were all wrong . I will never go back to this DD The customer service was horrible and the Snack Bacon was so cold an old if I ate it I probably would’ve got sick from cold grease.So I would definitely not recommend this DD unless they change there customer relations.
