Horrible service. You come in and they don’t even acknowledge you. You stand in pretty much no line for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for service and when they finally come to you, they just come to the register and stay completely silent. No “hello”, no “how can I help you”, nothing… And on top of that, nobody freaking speaks English. Literally fresh off the boat…

Doughnuts & bagels were extremely fresh & well filled. Coffee was on point, orders filled accurately and quick, with the staff able to make a substitution without a mental meltdown, unlike several other locations.
I wish I was in the area of this location more frequently as I miss having my Dunkin made right.

Horrible service provided by the woman with the short hair. She works mornings on weekdays. She is verbally abusive towards clients and talks back with an attitude. I usually spend around $30 weekly on coffee at this location, effective today I will not be returning. She cannot handle the volume of 5 people waiting on items that are not available on the mobile app. Going back to Starbucks. More expensive but the service is worth every penny.

The service here was awful. I did a curbside pickup and the workers in the back were just standing around talking instead of bringing out my order. When I asked about it, they were rude and talked back instead of helping. If you can’t handle curbside orders, don’t offer the option. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Every time I order my drink with light ice, they give me half of the drink. This is not the first time, and the cashier always has an attitude. This is not how people want to start their mornings or be treated.
Walked in no one in line. Like 2 customers in the store total. Stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes as 4 different employees walked past looked at me with no smile or a basic hello. So i went next door and ate subway instead.
