The wait time is too long and they don't bother to address the customer who's eating outside.

Went to pick up my mobile order and they have no idea where it is but not only that I had to go out of my way to get service from the employees which wasn't even good at the end. I got no sorry no oh we're gonna make your meal again literally just got ignored. I walked out and I'm gonna go somewhere else to eat, and I'll figure out how to get my money back later.

Not allowed to call in a pick up order? Um ok. Something new everyday...

This place and its management are trash. I placed an order via ubereats and for some reason it was continuously delayed for over an hour. When I finally got my driver on the phone they informed me that the order had been picked up according to the restaurant. Meanwhile the ubereats system showed the order still being prepared. When I explained this to the driver, the restaurant management accused me of lying and trying to get extra food. No one needs to lie about a $80 breakfast order. "This is what they do" were the exact words used. Not sure who "they" are, but that isn't the way you treat a paying customer. Another Manager then got on the phone and for the second time accused me of lying. This whole situation should be completely unacceptable for a company of this size.

I recently ate here and the food came out cold and incorrect. The manager did have the food remade it still came out missing the ingredients and had added ingredients (such as carrots instead of tomatoes) I've never had the quinoa power breakfast bowl with carrots and it's not an ingredient listed on the menu. The manager was ineffective and indifferent for the most part. She said the cook was new. Imagine a huge company like this having "new cook"that doesn't know how to follow the recipe. Needless to say i wont be returning to first watch anytime soon.

At peak busy hours I would not recommend going wait times are too long. Management needs to move people through quicker and require that large parties have reservations as that is likely taking all the time trying to fit large parties in short notice.

Horrible!!! 0 Stars!!! After waiting an hour for meal, it was cold and my eggs were not prepared as requested. Waitress took food back and requested a replacement meal! After waiting another 15-20 minutes, I received cold food and burnt eggs! Disgusting!!! Of course I did not pay for this foolishness!!!

Was forced to sit outside because we had our 4pound Pomeranian with us, in a bag. Explained to one of the waitress that he was a service animal and another waiter came to question my dogs service, explained to him that he’s an certified emotional support dog but apparently to him/ their policy that doesn’t qualify as any kind of service. So we were sat outside.…we felt uncomfortable, we left. Never coming back
