Bugs flying over the desserts. Disgusting. I alerted mgmt and he got some sort of wand he turned on and waved it over the desserts that was electrified and killed the bugs that proceeded to drop onto the desserts. The mgr walked away with the wand and nothing more was done. So gross!
A very typical, busy Asian buffet - Chinese style dishes, sushi, etc. We went a Sunday night and were surprised to find a lobster dish. This was good if you could get to the meat! I also especially enjoyed the steamed string beans. Lots of variety to chose from.
I had a wonderful experience at Ginza. My mother and I enjoyed a great selection of Japanese food and sushi. The atmosphere was comfortable—not noisy or overcrowded—making it perfect for a delicious lunch. Our server Iya was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. The sushi buffet was excellent, and the chefs preparing the hot dishes were fantastic. A great place to enjoy fresh food and warm service!
Ginza Japanese Buffet_ 16153, Biscayne Blvd “Unforgettable Sushi Experience”!!! It was! After lunch on the eve at the Nori Tori, which is far away, we decided to try this one, younger and closer. Good look, giving the impression of cleanliness, but I can't believe any Japanese work in the place! A large counter in L, starting with salads, being 2 of algae, one that I thought was the traditional of Kani and lime, but that had pieces of raw fish, as you can see in the photo, then sushis, some ningiri and a career of California variations, apparently made quite in advance, because we do not see the sushiman, with nori murcho and none with salmon seeds, no classic, like the Kapa or Teka Maki! Then, in the corner, some salads and then, a career of Chinese dishes, similar to the other, but quite without taste and none of pork, like the sweet & sour. Also a well hidden sheet, where you do not use what you want and a counter with some things from the sea, including huge terrina with boiled pitus. On top, a disclaimer, warning that eating raw seafood can give allergic reactions! Opposite to Chinese dishes, a counter with fruits and sweets, and at the beginning, before the algae, ice cream and very small pancakes. Anyway, everything very similar to Nori Tori and a slightly lower price! We left and went shopping, but we were immediately attacked by a piriri that forced us to run back to the hotel, where we spent the rest of the afternoon turning around in the bathroom! Summary, a lost afternoon !Nevermore!! Another similar, but more Chinese, that was nearby, the Jumbo Bufett, closed.
Excellent buffet. Super good such. Very clean. Staff is so nice.
good place good ambience excellent service not that big buffet but ok ,the food is fresh also and the price is also ok ...you ask for 100 characters review ???? I don't want to write a book????????
Sushi is not good, AT ALL. Menu very, but VERY limited. Worse place I’ve been here in North Miami
I don’t want to go back to NJ because of this place. Fresh and delicious food, clean, best price I’ve seen for this high quality food.

Clean environment, varied assortment of dishes, food was fresh, only negative is they all children under twelve to handle and play in the food. That made me sick! Children under 12 should not be allowed at the buffet stations.

Coming to Ginza was an amazing experience. This is my first time visiting and I can tell you I’m beyond impressed with the wide selection of Sushi and the rest of the dishes available. I was also surprised to see eggplant, the taste was amazing. I’m a fruit lover so seeing dragonfruit available was absolutely amazing. The service was great. They just don’t seat you down and forget about you. Our server was Marvin and he provided spectacular service. I’ll definitely be back.
The lunch is $16.99 per person, not the price ($12.99) you can find online :(
It was good but not as good as Mizumi for the same price!
