I've been coming to Houston's for years . And the experience I had today I've never had . I called in to make a reservation. The young lady asked for my first, last name , and my phone number . I booked for two guest .when I got there I spoke with the general manager Sydney and someone else . They stated that they didn't see my reservation . After I gave them all my info they still didn't see it . I also showed them my call log that I called @11:34am to make the reservation and was on the phone for 1 minute . Instead of fixing their error . They decided to put me on a waitlist which was a hour and a half long . And then I receive a message when I got home stating that I have reservations for tomorrow . When I specifically stated today . Whoever takes the calls for the restaurant need to active listen . SYDNEY was super nonchalant and didn't care at all. AS A “GENERAL MANAGER” that’s not how you conduct business .!!!!!!!!I FEEL DISCRIMINATED .!!!!!!i asked an employee for her name . She then walks to me and say I heard you asked for my name well here's a card . Just being a complete smart ass. As if she don't care who I contact . SYDNEY the “general manager “could have handled it better .its not my fault that your employee put the incorrect date for my reservation . And I will drop photos below and time stamps .!!!!!

My husband and I love to dine at Houston’s North Miami. The food is always great and the drinks are exceptional. We especially like to drink the Cosmopolitans. Our evening yesterday was excellent we enjoyed our drinks and burger. One thing happened to us that we had never experienced in our past visits here. My husband and I each had three Cosmos and we wanted to share a fourth one before we prepared to have a coffee and go home. Unfortunately the Manager Mauricio told use that they could not serve us anymore alcohol. We were shocked to hear that because we were not intoxicated and we had eaten. After speaking with the General Manager she explained that their policy is no more than three drinks per customer. This was the first time we ever heard this after going to the this restaurant for so long. What was a great start to an evening ended horribly for us. We do not plan to visit this restaurant anymore because we have been discriminated against and singled out without a valid excuse. Very disappointed

I am eating in huston for many years and it's definitely one of my favorites places in miami !!!! I wanted to give an extra thank you to the bar ream spacial to alex that been so nice and attentive no wonder that this place is so successful. Thank you Alex and the team for such an amazing experience
