Unfortunately, I had one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, solely due to the inappropriate, aggressive, and discriminatory behavior of the manager named India.

My partner and I waited almost two hours to be seated. Once seated, we stayed for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, with a total bill of $380, which we paid without any issue. The food was good, but the management service was completely unacceptable.

After paying our bill, I requested one additional glass of wine. This had absolutely nothing to do with alcohol consumption limits or inappropriate behavior. I was not intoxicated, nor did I behave disrespectfully in any way. I simply wanted one more glass.

However, I was refused service solely because I had already paid my check and was told that I “had to leave.”

Shortly after, manager India approached me in a hostile, disrespectful, and humiliating manner, falsely implying that I was drunk, which is completely untrue. This accusation was baseless and deeply offensive.

She then claimed that there was a two-hour limit for tables and that I needed to leave. However:
• I have records on my phone proving that I was seated for less than 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• I asked to be shown the justification for being removed.
• Management refused to provide any explanation or evidence, clearly indicating that there was no valid reason for their decision.

Despite having paid a significant amount, behaving appropriately, and causing no issues whatsoever, I was essentially forced out of the restaurant without cause.

This treatment was arbitrary, abusive, and potentially discriminatory. Being falsely labeled as intoxicated and removed without justification was humiliating and unacceptable for an establishment of this level.

Due to the seriousness of this situation, I am seriously considering pursuing legal action regarding the false accusations, discriminatory treatment, and unjustified removal from the premises.

It is extremely disappointing that a restaurant with such good food allows a manager to completely ruin the customer experience through unprofessional conduct. Ownership and senior management should urgently review these practices, as they severely damage the reputation of the business.

I deeply regret spending nearly $400 at a place where a customer can be treated this way without any legitimate reason.

Awesome all around!! A top notch lunch one could have at Houston’s. The prime rib sandwich was tremendous, their sushi selection is also on point. And the service - shoutout Natasha, checking on us, rearranging plates for us, totally solid. Love this spot. I have never been here without a reservation, you need one!

Today I took my daughter to “Stk” to celebrate her 17th birthday upon being greeted at the door I introduced myself and also notified the hostess that I was also celebrating my daughter 17th birthday which he offered her not 1 but 2 shots if she was over the age of 21 we ordered cheese steak egg rolls which had more cheese than steak we ordered calamari which was great, we ordered steak frites, mash potatoes, and sea bass which all were great I also told our server that we was celebrating her 17th birthday after spending over 300$ we were not given a happy birthday song nor a free desert but we were offered a menu to pay for a desert .

There was a hair in my dates food. I was very embarrassed for suggesting this place. I came back last night and I ordered a burger medium well and it came out rare. They do this all the time bring you someone else’s order. It’s a very dysfunctional restaurant. Management is pathetic here for letting this kind of thing happen on a regular basis. I think I’m done with this place for good. The portion sizes are way too small. They are clearly on a budget to reduce costs. This place is a total rip off, and a total joke. You can’t trust the service here. For a drink maybe but the food and service is cheap and unreliable.

Everything about this place was truly impressive, from the food to the service to the stunning location. I had the Hawaiian ribeye steak, and it was absolutely amazing - perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor.
It had just the right balance of sweetness and smokiness that made each bite better than the last.
The smoked salmon was also a standout. It was fresh, rich, and delicately seasoned, with a beautiful texture that melted in your mouth. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation.
The service was top-tier--friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. And the location? Absolutely gorgeous. The view adds so much to the dining experience, making it feel special and relaxing.
Whether you're coming for a date night, a celebration, or just a great meal, this place delivers on all fronts. I'II definitely be coming

Very good place. Good food (not a very large selection), very good and well-organized service, reasonable atmosphere, great prices for the quality offered. The only problem is the waiting time, even if you have a reservation (always crowded).

Our reservation was at 7:00 pm for 5 people. By 7:30, we weren’t yet seated. When we finally got to our table and ordered, service and quality of food was fair. Our biggest issue was the bill. As we were 5 people sharing various dishes and drinking different amounts of cocktails, we were told that the bills couldn’t accommodate our individual orders. This was ridiculous. Upon numerous discussions with the manager, we were told that splitting amounts could not be done, nor could we tell our server what to charge each individual. There were several errors with the bill, and when asked the manager to revise the bill accordingly, we were met with a manager who had little knowledge or empathy to resolve the issue.
The food itself was mediocre, but the lack of proper customer service will prevent any future visits.

Excellent food, strange service. I would definitely recommend reservations, otherwise you might have a long wait.

One of the best shrimp cocktails I have ever had. Burgers are juicy, steaks are great, salads are awesome 💯 Pretty much anything on the menu is really good.
