Poor reception management. After waiting three hours for a table, we were forced to leave. Many guests who arrived after us and without reservations were given a table. The reception staff offered no explanation, but rather, with an annoyed attitude, told us to wait longer. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and fairness on the part of the maitre d' and the reception manager.

Sat at the bar, had a great experience with all the bartenders, they were very sociable and humorous- - - food was great as well.

I've been here twice so far and I think this is my going to be my new spot. The food is on point and always fresh and delicious. Beyter call ahead of time and make a reservation, this place is consistently busy from when they open until they close. I have never seen it die doen at any point dinning there. So far I've tried the sashimi salad, Thai tuna, and a burger, which was probably the best burger I've ever eaten and it was super simple.

Hawaiian steak is the best, however the one hour waiting for the table, and the waiters manners makes the dining experience unrecommendable, unless you can invest three hours for this experience. The place is loosing its charm, big disappointment.

I so love this place! Went here for my b day and had a great time with my daughters. I definitely recommend here for a nice enjoyable time! The service is so on point not like any other restaurant. Love it here!

Don’t go there, period. They claim they don’t seat groups larger than five. The hostesses are extremely rude and don’t even give you an explanation — they just say in an arrogant tone that if you don’t like it, they can call the manager. The manager never came out, but that’s not even the main issue. The real problem is that the people welcoming guests are poorly trained in customer service and treat customers with arrogance and disrespect.

We’ve been there many times in the past, but we will never go back. If you don’t want to have a bad experience — especially if you arrive hungry like we did — avoid this place. We even asked for two separate tables with separate checks, and although there were tables available, they refused, saying they “don’t split groups.” Why not????

Since their restaurant is always full, they don’t care about respecting their customers or trying to accommodate them, and instead end up treating people terribly.

There are plenty of new options in Miami worth trying. I wanted to bring friends who had never been there before, but after this treatment, as I said, I’m never coming back

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the experience we had at your Miami location.

Our group (5 women and a 3-year-old child) was made to wait over 2–2.5 hours before being seated. When we were finally offered a booth that could normally accommodate 6–7 people, we were told by the manager that the table was “for 5 people maximum” and that one of us would have to leave.

This was not only unreasonable but also extremely insensitive given that our group included a woman who is due to give birth in two days, two additional pregnant women, and a small child. When I suggested that I could share a plate with my child to reduce the “person count,” the manager refused and treated us with dismissiveness.

Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also inhumane and discriminatory. Families — especially expectant mothers and children — deserve dignity and respect when dining out, not humiliation.

One of the best culinary experiences ever... The Salmon, the shushi, the ribeye and the attentions was super natural.

I had dinner between shifts, Natasha
Never came over to our table say she was leaving, we became invisible to the new server!!
After we were served our food, our new server never asked if everything was Ok. My potatoes were barely warm, roasted peppers were cold. We waited probably well over 25 minutes and ask for our server!
So so disappointed in the quality of service.
We ordered Caesar salad, it was vinegar salad. Terrible, left most of it.
