A friend of mine comes here with her husband all the time and invited us out. I have the say, I have driven past multiple times and never thought to stop in. The food is delicious and the environment is very relaxed but not too casual. I had the tuna tartare, and my husband had the rotisserie chicken. Both dishes were scrumptious, and I look forward to returning and trying something else. The staff was friendly and fast, yet professional.

This place makes a very good steak, but if you are before 4 pm, they serve it with French fries. Now, I am not against a good French fry, but what I was served would have been rejected by any fast food place around. They were literally trash. Add that to never getting a refill on my tea. In fact, the only acknowledgement of my tea was when they snatched up the empty glass mid meal so no one else would see it and left me with half a glass of warm water.

This afternoon two gentlemen; slender black hair and the second a dark skin bold made my outing lack to desire. Neither wanted to service my table and treated me as if i had a plaque. They both sized and stereotyped me without cause. I left in tears.

Overrated Restaurant. I had to wait over an hour to be seated. Their closest reservation spot is in a week and early evening. Poor menu, below average food. Service sucks, servers forget they work in a minimum wage and relay on tips. I definitely do not come back and don’t recommend anyone to come here. You better visit other places like Tap 42, Applebees or Season 52 if you want to get a similar experience but in the best way.Parking: Looks like everyone come in their own car, parking lot always full and extremely difficult to find a parking space.

I have always had wonderful experiences at Houston’s, food and service.Unfortunately today and unacceptable way a receptionist treated me very badly and in an extremely racist and rude way.To finish dramatically, we found a worm on our table, see the attached photo.Because of this I will never return to this restaurant where I have been treated so well in the past.
