The service is a 10 at least for take out .. we ordered … food was out in 15minutes … it was fresh and hot. $6 house gave .. pancakes and bacon cooked to perfection 🙂

Leaving this review on my girls acc: Went early this morning around 3-4am it was a group of about 5 of us HAITIAN BLACK men. Atmosphere was very terrible. The place was very stank but we were hungry and looking forward to a meal. Clearly I should’ve listened and left after this first red flag but chose to stay. We told the Haitian lady who was by herself at the front that we wanted to dine in and she told us that if we wanted to dine in, we would have to order first, pay, and then we can sit and eat. This was VERY weird for us but we assumed that maybe because she was by herself that was the rule so we kindly agreed. Placed our orders one by one and as each person ordered, food was coming out. 2 people got their food while the rest hadn’t got the chance to order yet. Very annoying especially when “dining in” should not be like this experience. The first person to order recieved VERY small pancakes while the others received the regular portion. The lady in the front was not attentive to the food and was not bringing everything out when it was ready. We had to continuously let her know our food was ready even though we were the only ones there. So many issues with our food but the lady did not care. As we were leaving, we noticed a couple walk in maybe Hispanic/white but DEFINITELY not black like us come in and tell the lady they wanted to dine in and she gladly told them to sit anywhere they would like and she would be at their table to take their order. Unlike us, they were not racially profiled and got to enjoy their dine in experience. It’s such a shame because we tipped her and caused no issues even though she automatically assumed we would. I already disliked this location due to the terrible service but it has been solidified to me that I would never walk into this racist establishment ever again.

Came here around 1030 for a late dinner just to find out that they only do take-outs? Is this is the standard for IHOP lately? I have not visit an IHOP in a long time, but I remember they use to be 24/7 to include dining-in??

Services was friendly and fast , the food was good and hot when hot the table. The downfall was sticky table , menu and salt/pepper shakers. The bathroom wasn't kept up either which couldn't wait to get to some hand sanitizer. Would revisit and give another chance .

Food is always great at IHOP, this restaurant was great as well. Saturday morning around 11am ,it was busy but the food came out quickly even though we were told the kitchen was running behind. The service was great as was the breakfast!!
Parking: Parking is limited when busy. Try parking around the back..

Me and my son went there to eat the service There was so uncomfortable to the point that by the time the food came, I didn't want to eat the food look small. All I ate was the Colorado eggs with the meat inside couldn't even enjoy it should I didn't eat my pancake. There was no butter on it. It was cold, no syrup, my son had to ask. Another server for syrup. Our server never brought my son his drink back. After he drank the first one this location is horrible not all IHOP are like this just this one and I was better off going to denny's
