Did not let us in when we got there 20 min late (we paid for tickets, we should do as we please with our purchase) movie didn’t start and they did not mention any thing about a late policy, little front girl at the desk was smart and terribly passive aggressive as well. Terrible establishment wouldn’t waste my money here again.

Dear Theater Staff, I have to be honest — the smell in your theaters is unbearable. Do you live with that kind of odor at home? It’s awful, every single auditorium reeks! Is this mold? This is completely unacceptable. My last visit was with my family, and I would never bring my child here again. First of all I am going to start with the positive about na Ipic experience. The location is nice and clean , give you a fine dining impression. Every time I go there the staff is always courteous, smiling and helpful. The seat and the whole movie experience is enjoyable. My problem is the dining experience and I will attach a receipt for reference.On the company website they are transparent about the surcharge of the food you order. A fixed price for a quesadilla with 4$ charge to add chicken. So basically the quesadilla cost 20 and some change . It's not like I am ordering a veggie quesadilla that would be served without the meat. And other items on the menu are priced the same . All that to say that their tactic is to make you pay more for food and sometimes you will not notice if you do not pay attention. IPic you can do better.

Awful. The popcorn machine isn’t working. The snack options very limited. Super overpriced. And very slow service.

Where to start. The waitress at first didn’t hear that my wife ordered a Margarita. The Food came out and the Nachos were cold and the cheese was cold like it was sitting there. They did do a refire and no lie came back even worse. Top it off the Guac was brown. The manager did refund the two orders of Nachos which was kind of him but when you spend money on a movie and no food it’s kind of hard. Also there was no popcorn at the movie when we went. I’m a little disappointed as the website didn’t state this and honestly I usually get popcorn to munch of something to keep myself awake. After drinking my water I noticed also my cup had a chip on the top as well. Come on now! The sound was not great at the theater, one of the chairs had a tear on it as well. I feel they have let this theater go from what it used to be. Shame!
