I visited IPIC Theater with my mom and a friend, and unfortunately our experience at the food counter was very disappointing.
The gentleman taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. We ordered an Angus burger, and simply because we didn’t pronounce it perfectly, he acted as if he couldn’t understand us — even though he clearly spoke Spanish as well.
When my mom politely asked if he could recommend a burger, his response was: “No, I’m not going to recommend anything, you choose, the menu is there”, said in a very disrespectful and impatient tone. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
That being said, I do want to highlight that the experience improved once we entered the theater. The woman who assisted us inside was incredibly kind and helped us change our ticket time to an earlier showing, and another staff member was also very friendly and helpful in guiding us to our seats.
IPIC is known for offering a premium experience, and while some of the staff truly reflect that standard, the service at the food counter was far below expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

Beautiful movie theatre which gives it three stars However $25 is a little steep as well as the annoying ordering food among others sitting next to you. If I wanted a restaurant I would go out to eat , this is an annoying combination as you can’t really enjoy the movie with people sitting next to you discussing with the guy with the flashlight how they want their burger cooked.

We are current members of this movie theatre for almost 6 years, sometimes experience is amazing sometimes not really, last time we went on a movie and ordered bunch of food and drinks, but all food came out in 1,5 hour, almost at the end of the movie. To make it up our server gave us RE-ADMIT tickets, we felt like they care about their guests and things happen you know. Today my husband went to get tickets for new Avatar and guess what, first manager told him he CANNOT get it because it doesn’t apply to a new release movies, only after 10 days after release and it says in their terms. Nope. Nothing about it mentioned on the pass they gave us and nothing about it on their website terms (I read carefully). Also he said the system just doesn’t allow him to use it now. We’re disappointed. What is the point to lie or make up your own rules 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
We come there every week because I love spicy tuna crispy rice and truffle fries, but come on. Why management is not interesting in bringing their guests back? Especially when everyone is bringing their friends and family as well. We would order food and drinks as usual and pay you, not just sit for our free re-admit tickets. I am kinda angry as we had to drove all the way there to get tickets and then get fooled 👎🏼

I love this place!! This place is a gem. There is ample parking and the service is top-notch. The manager Christian is very friendly and professional. Their entire team Is very customer oriented The menu items are consistently good!! The bathroom is Always clean.My favorite menu item is the boss burger and truffle fries. This is the best movie theater I’ve ever been to!

IPIC movie 🎥 theater 🎭 is well known for so many years of good👍 movies, they have delicious, variety of different food, like hamburges, chicken wings, fresh pop🍿corn and soft drinks, clean atmosphere, the restroom is very clean and the movie 🎥 auditorium is amazing .The movie ticket🎟️ is reasonable and affordable. I enjoy and love❤️ IPIC movie 🎥 theater 🎭. They customer service is excellent and outstanding.👌 I highly recommend everyone to go to IPIC movie theater, bring your friends, family and kids and enjoy the movie theater, by 👑 @KINzPro.
The service was good, but you have to be careful not to lose anything there. What I lost, unfortunately, was not returned to me, even though I went back to see if they had found it.

went to watch Wicked with my mom and we ordered two Boss Burgers (with impossible patties since we're vegetarians). our server, Alicha (i think that was her name), was incredibly attentive and friendly—she brought out our drinks quickly and was genuinely so sweet. the food was great, the burgers were delicious, and the movie was phenomenal. while it was a bit pricey (two burgers came out to around $70), it’s kind of expected for an experience where you’re sitting in comfy chairs with blankets and getting everything delivered right to you. overall, great night and huge shoutout to Alicha!

Well, it looks fancy when you walk in, but I didn’t get the fancy experience. Bathrooms were not super clean, half of the stalls has no toilet paper and other half had toilet paper all over the floor. The auditorium smelled like an old carpet. And I ordered wings, it was dry… That want I would expect from average dine in theater - some messy restrooms, not the newest auditoriums and mediocre food. But IPIC looks and charges way above the average. So yeah, it didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve been there twice.

I lost my phone and a samaritan left it at the IPIC ticket counter. I went to ask for it by chance and Pacey was amazing he was even charging it as i had no battery left. Very attentive.Thank you so much!
