Came here because it was closest to home and didn’t expect what we walked into. The inside gives you a restaurant/hotel feel. The theater itself has reclining chairs with a button for assistance and blankets (revolutionary). The service was amazing and the reason for this review. Great experience!

The ambience is great. However, the accommodations as well as the staffing was terrible. There’s absolutely no monitoring what is going on in each theatre. Unfortunately, as much as I like to give good reviews this one I must say deserved this rating. Staff kept coming in the middle of the movie for payment while using a disturbing flash. I would highly recommend that management make adjustments and monitor The adequacy and conduct in the theaters.

I love IPIC, my partner and I go often. This is our FIRST time going to the Miami location. Absolutely not. We arrived 30 minutes early to be safe, traffic, high volume at the location. It’s 10:00PM on a Friday night.Check in was on easy, it was empty; we were the 2nd people here.The bartender doesn’t even look at us, 10 minutes making a drink for ONE person.We order a drink at the server station, another 10 minutes.People who came 10-15 minutes after us, got served drinks.We wanted two espresso martinis.Another 10 minutes go by, we notice one server for the whole theater.You also allow movies to start at 10:45 but your last call is at 10:43PM for food after waiting 20 minutes to get service? Make it make sense.You’re understaffed and this is a location I may not return to unless I have the server Kenny every time, he saved the location.I renig back to one star, they didn’t apply gratuities to the check they added in $18.90 as a server charge. So we left a $50 tip for 2.8/5 star serviceAnd being charged $20 for two glasses of tap water. Never again.

I love this cinema, they are small rooms, you can order food and drinks (even with alcohol) while watching your favorite movie. The food and drinks are very good! Additionally, they have a very nice bar outside where you can go if you want just to spend some time to eat and drink something.
