As Canadians visiting Miami, we found the ordering experience online very frustrating as the system would not accept a Canadian billing address. Calls to the location went unanswered. Ended up using our uber eats account to order which worked, but did not have the menu items we wanted. Chicken tenders were barely breaded, fries were ok. Chicken sandwich was tasty enough with some nice pickle flavour coming through

I requested an order through Uber eats and the incompetent KFC workers did not confirm who they delivered my order to. Being online with the Uber Eats driver in “speaker” the KFC person tells me that they can't do anything because they already delivered my order (but to whom?) and they were not responsible.

I am so disgusted with this KFC! We went there last night around 10:30. The first issue, they have no white meat. My husband was disappointed but said ok, he'll take legs and thighs. We get to the window and pay. The girl gives us our drinks and says there's a wait for my chicken tenders. Instead of telling us to pull forward, she tells us to back up!! My husband and I both look at each other very confused. We're the only people in line. Why do we need to back up and pull back up in 3 minutes! We'll more than 3 minutes pass. we pull back up and wait. Then she brings us our food. She closes the window and walks off. We checked our bag and realized we didn't ask for ketchup, so we had to honk to get her attention. She opened the window and gave us ketchup. All good, so we thought, and at this point, another car pulls up. So we continue to exit out of the line. And Bam, the delivery truck is blocking the exit, and the delivery guy is telling us to back up! HTF are we supposed to do that if someone is behind us. The KFC employee in the kitchen is yelling at us to back up and then starts laughing! At this point, I'm already pissed AF. The delivery guy comes to our window and says he doesn't know why the girl at the window didn't tell us to back out. We told him it was someone behind us. As stupid as this whole situation sounds. Why would the delivery truck block the drive thru when the restaurant is still open? What if there were tons of cars behind us??? So the other car backs out, then us. We get to our room, my husband opens the box, and they gave him only legs, no thighs. He was pissed then. Oh, but it gets worse. Today, we get ready to go out to enjoy the rest of our vacation. I switch purses and can't find my debit card. Needless to say, they kept it and charged another transaction on my card. So now, I have no debit card for the rest of my trip! Worst place ever, and I recommend going to another location!!!!

There they robbed me, they charged me twice for the same meal, how do I do that, that was yesterday.
Every time I make an online purchase and I go to the store there is always a mistake, when you ask them to correct it they get upset and give you a dirty look, the service is very bad in this store. Remember that if you don't like serving people it is better to look for another job.

Worst food I ever had and very costly. Chicken overcooked, dry dripping in nasty grease. Wins so dry couldn't even open. Biscuits dried, hard like cement. Potatoes definitely from a box, tasteless. Sides extremely small for $3.25. How can these people remain in business? Colonel Sanders would be ashamed. KFC was always delicious. Moist, tender & scrumptious. No more. Bye to KFC.
