Who orders fried chicken and is ok with receiving stale and soggy chicken? Cold too. Wedges cold and stale. Fries were somewhat ok. The drinks? FLAT! Dr. Peppers....flat they tasted like cold syrup. I was beyond disappointed. Quality is lacking, freshness too. Will order from Popeyes next time. Do better KFC.

This used to be my favorite spot at night, but lately I’ve noticed more troublemakers around and my girlfriend doesn’t feel comfortable. Hopefully, they make some changes to bring back the peace and quiet in the evenings.

I visited the drive-through recently, and my experience was quite disappointing. The employee, Sayka, was noticeably rude throughout our interaction. She aggressively pressed the button on the intercom, urging us to hurry up and place our order. It felt as though she was treating us like we had no intention of paying for our food, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.

This place should be close down. The chicken is fry over old old old oil or whatever they use. The mash potatoes were old like if they were done days ago. Nasty. I spend over $31 and I would never go back. Hallandale beach KFC IS %100 cleaner and the food is way better

I was served cold food tonight around 5:43 PM not just cold, frozen. When I respectfully asked for it to be reheated, I was told no, with zero effort to correct it.
I didn’t come in entitled. I’ve served this country as a Marine, and I believe in giving people grace. But what I experienced was flat-out disrespect, and it says a lot about how your store treats people. You don’t know what I went through today. I don’t know what your staff went through either. But basic human decency isn’t optional, no matter how tired anyone is.
I’m not looking for a refund or apology. I’m looking for someone there to think about how they handled it and maybe do better next time.
