Ordered Original Recipe had not eaten KFC in years went there today 02/14/2025 , had a 4 piece 3 thighs and Breast it was very greasy, soggy the skin just slid off the meat and it was very salty spent $10.36 will never eat KFC again in my life...I asked the girl where is the menu prices for only Chicken because all I saw was Meal Prices she said they do not have one but her register will tell her...lol...use to be the best Chicken on the Market, they say KFC is good in Brazil.and Jamaica guess they need to find out how they prepare it in those countries, could have gotten a 3 piece at Church's for 5.34 and it taste better

If I could give 0 stars I would how can you give hard refried chicken nuggets when customers spend over $50 this is disgusting I would never eat at this lazy restaurant I called several times no answer the girl didn’t even want to give me my receipt HORRIBLE SALTY HARD REFRIED FOOD 0⭐️’s !

I just left this establishment. I'm not sure what's wrong with the woman who took my order. She was BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL. When I arrived to the window she had a bag in her hand. I asked for crispy, she took the bag and walked away. When she returned, she took my card gave me the food then she returned my card. Shut the window and walked away without giving me a receipt. Where is the customer service 🙄🙄. Never going there again
HORRIBLE SERVICE! cashiers are disrespectful and manager is even worse! I have had many and many encounters with their rude workers but it’s getting to a point. All i did was tell them i wanted my food fresh and the worker started laughing in my cash and said something to her coworkers and they told her to tell me it will take 2 hours if i wanted it fresh and when she said that she was giving me a little smirk to see what i’ll say but i wanted to play the game along with her so i told her that was fine and i will wait the two hours. she told me to pull up in the front so i did and i went inside and stood there until they were done the whole time they were laughing at me talking about me and pointing i asked to talk to a manager and she came out i told her what happened and she told me “if they said it takes two hours then it takes two hours” and walked off. And this is not just a one time thing every time i come here it’s a problem like i js want food.

The cashier/ manager needs customer service training. I asked her to repeat my order and she repeated back to with an attitude. I told her told her to slow down. I am a paying customer. Also I noticed how she talk to her employees. Not good. I wouldn't go back there and you shouldn't either.

They haven't cleaned these floors what looks like 5 years. Kitchen floors had food under equipment. Absolutely disgusting. This is definitely my last time coming back.
