Every time I come here they give me attitude and I keep coming back for the food and being extra nice to these people I don't know if they own the place but they need to restructure there customer service, not like I've asked for anything out of the necessary, they ask if we want any sauces and when we ask they make faces like we are making them work harder. Ive asked for my receipt one time as well and they responded why would I need it like I was wasting their paper sorry for asking but I would love a copy of my receipt please. And to top it off they never give me any napkins I'm very unsatisfied with the service if it wasn't for the cooks and their great food I would NEVER COME BACK .. and it's the Spanish 2 lady's that are either at window one young and the other a little older. VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS.But it's definitely not the old lady she's usually quiet . But yeah this sucks there service is going to make me NOT COME BACK. AND HOPE OTHERS SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THAT NASTY ATTITUDE WILL GET THEM NOWHERE. IF THEY DONT LIKE WHERE THEY WORK THEN FIND ANOTHER JOB. DONT TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON CUSTOMERS. The parking lot is dangerous, people behind you won't even let you walk to your vehicle, I had to return to the premises and ask for help to be able to leave. Bad experience. They must ensure the safety of customers.

ask them to heat up papa a la guancaina and they say no, that food they sale it cool, and they can't warm it up for me.
Freinds & Family come from out of town, they want Cuban food.. We go to La Granja..No problems.. Everything is good, food, prices, ect. Time to pay, no one speaks english.. We dont speak Spanish, they dont speak English.. Damn, I have to learn Spanish.. Because, in America english is the second language; not the first.. If it was, people would learn English before ever coming to America.. Not American citizens learning to speak Spanish in a English speaking Country.. O america, what have you done..?

I was looking for some sauce, so I opened some drawers that were facing the customers side and yelled at me I had to pay .50 each .It's a really bad experience .I will never go there again, and I will never recommend anyone to that place.
