There food is okay but the service is horrible. No one is actually trained in customer services. They greet you with an attitude and hold. Order at your own patience. If your on a clock find another restaurant. Order a hour and a half before pick up. Because you will be there until judgement day.

Food is good and always fresh specially the plantains. However; they use too much vinager/lime on the griot as seasoning. I understand cleaning the meat with limon /vinegar, since there is no other right way to clean meat. However u can taste it in the seasoning after meat is cook. If u have acid reflux or gastritis u should certainly beware. Other than that is good food.

Poor customer service. Waited an hour for my food even after placing my order over the phone 30 min in advance. Get to the restaurant and was told no more white rice when 3 of 5 asked for white rice. Everytime I asked for my food they tell me it's coming. Kind of disheartening to see walk in customers get there food before me and leave. They need to find a better flow when dealing with orders.

I love their food. My main issue is their customer service , I usually order when I'm 30 minutes away. When I get there, I sit in the car to let them know I'm outside. All this so I won't have to stand and wait, and possibly become annoyed.
