Months ago I went to this place on the recommendation of some friends and everything was great until yesterday. The food was very bad and the service was pathetic, the hostess was totally lost and disoriented, the people who served couldn't keep up with the demand, a real chaos!

AC in the restaurant doesn’t work. Super hot inside. It took 45 min for the food to arrive. When we asked for tap water, servers looked at us like we were a broke family. We did order wine tho.
When the food arrived (45min later) there was a hair on the side of the plate and a hair on one of the pasta dishes. The restaurant had 2 tables including us. Party of 3.
Total bill was $267 for 3 appetizers; 3 main course, 2 desserts; and a bottle of wine. A 3.9% restaurant charge added on the bill for some unknown reason. Apparently the excuse is that it’s State Law.

It was a sad experience with the waitress.
Even if the food was good, i couldnt return because of the attitude, bad vibe, and lack of service.

I still dream of the white truffle and mushroom risotto. This quaint little restaurant literally felt like eating in an Italian Grandmother’s home. Parking is available for free, and the food truly is delicious. It’s a hidden gem that feels like a Nonna cooked the food for you.

The food was not that good. They did not have all the menu available. They didn’t even had desserts ready. The service was not the best at all the waitress seem very upset and didn’t even tried to suggest any other dish to replace the once that they didn’t have available. The only thing I could tell good about the place, the decoration and music went well with the idea of the restaurant.

The food was good! No complaints there but the service not good! We ask for ice and extra bread and she completely forgot had to ask again and I didn’t feel like tipping 18% I wrote less and they still charge what 18% so that is just not acceptable! Not going back

The best experience ever in an Italian restaurant,, the place is small but cozy, the food from 1 to 10 I'll give 11, the attention the best, to recommend this place thousands times. ❤️❤️

So I called in at 7:04pm to place a to go order/pickup. I was told it would be ready in 30mins. I arrive at 8:22pm to pick up the order. The waitress tells me to go next door befoe i could make my qay inside the door . I go next door & I come back & she ask me if I'm uber eats. Now, why would you assume that I'm uber eats? I'm the only black person in establishment that's why. It's now 8:29pm & that order that was suppose to be ready an hour ago is still not ready.....Update on the food..no flavor, bland, not seasoned. I was given 1 bread roll for my $26 meal, no utensils or napkin. Oh, & in today's world where mostly everything is digital, they don't accept tap to pay...get with the times. Since I split my time between two states, I'll stick to eating Italian when I'm in NYC
