i absolutely HATE to sound like a Karen, but I came tonight on 11/24/25 around 9:15 pm, and got like a meal and an ice cream sundae. I asked for extra hot fudge and then caramel. The guy who took our order was nice and patient. The girl who gave us the food was not. I asked if she could possibly add some more caramel and she goes “No.” Not even a “I’m sorry, I can’t do that” or a “Yes, but it’ll cost more”. I would’ve been fine with either. She said no to my mom who asked sweetly, and when my mom asked “No?”, the girl doubled down and said no again. My mom was going to pay for more, I told her not to worry about it. Then, thankful that the fries were tasting great, I found a hair in my fries, and then another hair in my nuggets. Immediately was grossed out. I don’t ever write reviews in general of anywhere, nor bad ones, but this was disgusting. Bad attitude and bad kitchen hygiene.

This place is way too slow for fast food. I’m sitting in line as I type this and there are probably 8 cars in front of me and it’s taking about 10 minutes for them to service each car.

Horrible service Ordered 2 hamburger and chicken nuggets They took their Sweet time to complete order The order was incomplete. Missing the hamburgers. Ugh I would not have go there if it wasn't for emergency food
The food was good. However, the dining area could have been cleaner. The tables and floor seemed a bit untidy, which took away from the overall experience.

Just ask for a fresh fry drop because we got 2 sets of fries, asked for extra salt and both had the dregs of the fry bin (crunchy pieces, extra greasy and limp or dead black spots).. ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and got a half of a squirt so the sandwich was too dry🤔 THANKS McD's for your outstanding & stellar service😑
