Hello friends, I want to share with you my bad experience in this place by a Colombian lady. I work at Uber. I went for an order and she treated me very badly just because I didn't arrive by car. I called the customer and told him that I was a liar and yelled at me. She told me to leave the place without any justification. I share my experience so that Uber partners are not surprised if this lady humiliates them or makes them put a hand down on her account.

The food is bearable in general but service could be better. In my own experience and visited twice within the same week. First visit was ok but service was kind of subpar. The young lady waitress wrote down my order and place it on the table, that was the only time she would stop by or asked if needed anything else. Regardless and because was December 31 , I tipped “ very well “.I returned on Jan 2nd for the same dish ( Sancocho de Res ) and a different waitress smacked the menu on the table and walked away without saying a single word . When I ordered same dish ( which by the way it reads on the menu that is served Everyday ) was told they run out of food, come on ! At 4.00 PM ? I just walked out. Plenty of other restaurants to go in the area. Won’t miss this Shack of a restaurant.

They returned to the starting place and the food was a surprise like in the good times, I congratulate them for the best in Miami Beach.
They were charging me extra money from TIP and when I requested the reverse of the transaction they did it to their liking. Pending that they do not overcharge them

I always pass by & today I decided to give it a try. They have a new location right next door, which is a lot smaller. Honestly the place is not good. From service to food, the place needs a lot of work. It took about 10 minutes from our arrival to even be acknowledged. Our food came but we were given no utensils, i had to get up and ask for some. I asked for salsa rosada which i didnt get until after i was done eating. & one of the items we got was incorrect from what we ordered & the waiter tried arguing with us instead of switching it for the correct item. Right next to us was a man sitting, which after 15 minutes got up and shouted, he was leaving because nobody had acknowledged him. Its just not a good place.
Best pan de yuca and panda Bono anywhere.
