Walked by this place and I'm a sucker for cookies so had to stop by and check it out. I'm happy I did because the cookie was tasty. I got the Brookie and it didn't not disappoint. The cookie came out warm, tasty and big enough for me and my husband. The decor inside is nice and the service was friendly The only reason for the 4/5 was the presentation of the cookie. Overall great taste

Delicious cookies no capppppp! And the Manager Jayla has the most cutest smile and she helped me get one of the best cookies!! That red velvet ain't nothing to play with! Love the store and I hope yall keep the same energy the next time I come!

This place has so much potential to be as great as their competitors but they miss the mark in so many ways. I stopped by to find a new spot to offer clients at our studio, but the customer service was non existent compared to other reviews, maybe it was a bad night.The ambiance was very dull for a "sweet" place. No music to set a mood, you walk in to dead silence and associates who acted like they hated being there, they weren't friendly, nor attentive. Although they gave me the wrong cookies, those were the only highlight for me, because they were amazing, the packaging was very cute and they were "hella fresh". This place is cool for a quick sweet tooth, but I wouldn't recommend for a "sit in" experience.

Ironically night owl locations are quite cookie cutter looking. Sprinkle tables and what I consider a weird display of their current cookies. Then they go in the very cemented off back and produce your order. What are they hiding back there?!! I like that they have seasonal as well as some classics. I hate to admit, I never found these mind blowing for a specialty cookie shop. Their presentation and packaging has always been fantastic, but it's definitely missing some magic and passion in regards to flavor and freshness. The place felt a little unkept and unclean. I came here to spend some time with friends, but I can't honestly say these are great. They are big. Three of us shared one and I think we all felt ok about it.
Last-second decision to stop by, and their options were pretty good. Tried the monthly special(chocolate chip with cheesecake frosting, oreo crumbles - pretty good) with vanilla ice cream(lackluster flavor) and the smores cookies(delicious, smooth taste) with vanilla ice cream. I took home the rainbow over bedrock(if you're a fan of fruity pebbles, this is for you), red velvet(highlight due to its delicious hints of dark chocolate), a second smores(the best option I tried), cookies and cream(really good). Recommend expanding the ice cream options.

Kaylynn was above and beyond stellar. She was patient. She gave us time to save her all of them in her mind before going all out with chocolate on chocolate and chocolate. Love it. She's very sweet like a cookie.
