At LA fitness this mini bar is so convenient for pre and post workout supplements . But because of how rude and aggressive this women is,it's just better to go to GNC right down the street. While I was working out I sat and observed her interactions with other guest, because I thought maybe she was just this way with me for what ever reason but from my observation I noticed how other people are also upset about her customer service. It's a shame that you have 10-12$ an hour and employee treating your guest like crap. I know she is a beast in the gym but when transitioning to work, she should learn she is no longer a beast and is now an employee that gets paid to service gym members.

Nrgize is more than your average smoothie counter located in your local gym - it is a tiny little shop that sells more than just smoothies! You can find some prepped meals, drinks, accessories, and protein snacks as well as smoothies and shakes. There are also some gym accessories and medicine if you need something while you're working out. This location can be easy to miss as it is tucked away beside the racquetball courts. When you first enter the gym you won't be able to spot it. The service was nice and quick. I ordered the jumpin ginseng and it was really good. The mega smoothie has mango and ginseng in it - it had the flavor of a creamsicle and I personally couldn't even taste any ginseng flavor. If you choose to hang out and eat your snack or shake, there is a counter along with a few tables for you to enjoy your meal right out front.

This is by far the worse LA Fitness in South Florida. Management refuse to accommodate members requesting different channels showed on the television in the cardio areas. Management blatantly lies and says the Channels are set by corporate, but that's not the case in other LA Fitness gyms. Other gyms provide variety for members to watch.

I sincerely don't understand how this place is still open. An EMPLOYEE stole my items, the management knew and did nothing. Another employee from the cleaning crew through my full bottle away in the middle of my workout? When I talked the desk staff about it they didn't offer anyway to fix the issue. Problems will happen, in every business but the key is FIXING issue. Every time there's an issue here the staff just says yeah, that's so bad, that person is always doing that, etc. I don't care that they always steal or throw things away, FIX the problem.The soaps are always empty, don't get me started on the smell in the restrooms. There are some nice trainers but a lot of them are really rude. I always loved LA fitness until I moved to the area and started at this location. Management is sometimes friendly. There's no room to do free weight training. They throw tantrums when you bring weights into the studio which is ridiculous. The whole place is just a disaster. I tried a yoga class and the instructor openly admitted she wasn't going to do yoga but some other type of work out. Then proceeded to brag about how abnormally flexible she was? Ma'am, we are not here for you who, we are here to do yoga. Just stay away from this place

Canceled my membership. I been a customer for 2 years, but one day at this Gym crossed everything. I was recording myself for a personal vlog, suddenly the "manager" Skye Verdon came to me and in aggressive manner started to yell at me for my video. I told her that I recorded myself but still she forced me to delete he video. I tried to cancel my membership with another representative, but she start shouting again and told that only she can do a cancellation here. Then she proudly stated that she been a manager there for last 20 years and started to ask me: for how long do I live in the Country( I have record of this discrimination). Worst customer service I had ever see.
The worst staff in any Gym I have ever been to, expect to be hassled and treated like if a used car salesman is trying to sell you a piece of junk! Unprofessional, liars, specially the blonde Cuban sales man sitting at the front, what a piece of trash! They will lie to you in your face to make a buck. Stay away at all cost!

I'm beyond pissed i pay extra every month for LA fitness so they can watch my bby while I workout the girl that's usually their is great with the kids some new b**** was their today from the second I dropped my son off she just seemed like the one to have hate her f****** job and she was on her phone at drawl not even looking back at the kids and hour and half into my work out she calls me your child is crying He won't stop I get their my sons screaming at the top of his lungs on the floor and he had two scratches on his hand that he did not have when I dropped him of I spoke with manger complained said he will talk to her I told him he better more then talk to her if she don't want to watch kids maybe you should change her position have her cleaning the fuckin bathrooms cause if something happens to my child again that b**** is gonna loose her f****** job and LA fitness is getin f****** sued !!!!

I have been working in Miami this month commuting from Palm Beach County; I have been going to various gyms between home and Miami Beach. I decided to hit this gym on my way home today after a shift in the ED. This is the most ghetto LA I have been to, ever. Extremely packed, lots of homeless looking people in the gym. Way too many youths. Bunch of roid ragers. Will try another gym in the area next time to see if they are any better. Don't recommend this gym at all.

This is not a bad LA Fitness location and a lot better than the other locations I have been to. There's a lot of space and it is big and the equipment is spread out nice. Cardio machines are located on the second floor, they have weights and machines downstairs. They also have a racquetball court, basketball court, pool, and offer classes throughout the week. The machines are a bit old and have some rust, but like I mentioned before, this location does a pretty good taking care of equipment compared to other locations. If you can arrive before 5 PM you'll have no problem finding availability to hop on the machines you need to use.

Despite this gym being packed sometimes, they do a good job at maintaining a sometimes very crowded business. Many of the staff are super nice and will make you feel welcome every time you come there. Many of the group instructors are some of the most professional and inspired fitness leaders you can hope to encounter in a medium-priced gym. Despite being very crowded sometimes, there's always fitness equipment available to use with no wait. This is an incredibly conveniently located gym.
