I ordered a Acai Bowl and employee gave the wrong order to the Uber Eats driver. The Uber courier and I both contacted the store to let them know the order was wrong. The employee didn't allow us to speak, showed no remorse and rudely hung up the phone on us. A very poor and distasteful customer service. Will never order from this store ever again. I'm also an influencer with a huge following and have made a public statement about how I was treated.

I come to this Smoothie King every day. Everyone that works here is friendly and their store is always nice and clean. I've been on a diet and I've lost 18 pounds so far. The Keto Champ smoothie is what I get when I'm craving something sweet and it kicks the craving.

I loveeee the NORTH MIAMI BEACH location. I’ve been to multiple locations such as the North Miami and Miami Gardens location and they do not compare. The employees are super nice, its ALWAYS clean, when I get home my acai bowl is never melted (I live 15 minutes away), and my shake is always thick yet drinkable. I don't care where I am in the city I’m always coming to this location.
