The cashier was very rude because I did not want to use my points. But she used them anyways, I let it go without an apology just waited for my water and cheese danish received the danish but not the water asked politely about the water and she rudely responded “it’s right there!”

This morning I ordered drinks and food for my daughters and myself as we do a few times a week. I ended up with a drink other than mine I'm not sure if my daughter took my drink or if there was a mistake. I went and said I got the wrong drink and they made me my drink no questions asked. I really appreciate the amazing staff at the Starbucks they are always friendly and provide great service.

I just bought a Frappuccino, in which it only had the Starbucks brand, It was an ice block with 5% coffee without cream or caramel delivered in a measure that was not correct. After waiting almost 10 minutes in which 12 vehicles passed while nine people were waiting inside. Deplorable.
Ordered the 2 worst brown sugar shaken espressos, not made right. Even after bringing it up to them they refused to remake them. 90/10 milk and coffee ratio FYI. Unhelpful and rude.

I try not to visit as much due to high prices but I do enjoy a caramel macchiato always a delight to have when I do visit Starbucks

I come to work at different Starbucks all over the city. I came here today to work and an employee was extremely rude and totally had no manners while interacting with me. I have no idea why he spoke to me in such a negative and aggressive tone. I was working on my laptop, he came to me and shortly told me “you have to buy something or you must leave, this place is for customers only and you have 5 min to think about it or we’ll ask you to leave!!”.. I didn’t even get a chance to respond. I have no issue with buying something, I get Starbucks coffee almost every day. I just didn’t understand why he was soo aggressive and short with me, he didn’t even give me time to respond before he walked off. I obviously bought something with NO ISSUE, and I spoke with the manager to complain. A man next to me overheard that and he also spoke with the manager about that rude interaction as well. My advice, go to another Starbucks

In this starbucks my daughter told me that she went their and they were so rude to her she went and asked for water and they told her that she has to make a purchase
