At this location, unlike every other one I’ve been to, the barista would not fill the rest of my cup with milk when I asked for an iced chai latte with no ice and 2 extra pumps of chai.

Conveniently located inside Target 🎯 with some seating options. Beverages are made with care and come out beautifully! 😋 Using your Target card/wallet gets you a 5% discount

I politely asked for my drink to be served in a ceramic mug instead of a paper cup, as I planned to enjoy it inside the store. However, the staff told me that drinks are not served in mugs at this location.

This was surprising and disappointing, as it’s the first time I’ve experienced this in a Starbucks. I kindly suggest that this policy be reviewed and questioned by the management. I hope future customers will be offered this option, as it is standard in most other branches.

This Starbucks gets extra points for being inside a Target (entertainment while my wife shops). The service isn’t always the best but they recently started making samples too so maybe they are striving to be better. Just go with patience and a smile and they should be able to get you right

Go inside. That’s where the magic happens. Your order gets that extra bit of care, made just right. I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a latte (with 7 pumps of chai, because obviously), and everything was on point. Bonus? There’s outdoor seating, which is clutch if you’re like me and want to catch a breeze while getting work done on your laptop. The vibes were chill, the service was very accommodating, and hey... you might even run into an old friend if you’re lucky. That’s North Miami for you. Great spot for a solo work session, a casual catch-up, or just a quality latte done right. I even brought my little fur baby, and yes... they hooked us up with a pup cup. Little things like that make the day feel extra welcoming.

I ordered via Uber eats and my order was wrong, I got a beverage that I’m allergic to. I ordered from this location with before and never had an issue with the team that works the morning shifts. Every time I’ve ordered in the afternoons, there was something wrong with my order.

I just had the worst Starbucks experience ever at the Starbucks located inside Target. I arrived around 6 PM today and noticed the kiosk was completely empty with a “temporarily closed” sign displayed. I approached the Target manager and asked if Starbucks would be reopening soon. She told me the barista was on a break and would return shortly, so I decided to wait.

After waiting for 15 minutes, the barista finally showed up and asked me, “Are you trying to order something?” Of course, I said yes, only for her to point at the “temporarily closed” sign on the register. Confused, I explained that I had been told I could wait and place an order when she returned. Her response? “Oh, I was just asking.”

What kind of customer service is this? Why point at the sign if you’re supposedly asking me a question? It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, a waste of my time. Left without ordering anything I don’t want my coffee to be prepared by person like that.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. A complete disappointment.

This review is not for the store in general, but for the supervisor of this location to be aware that one of its staff member (Janet) gave us today the worst attitude and acted very rude just because she heard a different size order than what we said She argued about what she heard and proceeded to slammed the coffee in the garbage. Hopefully, she finds another job where she fits better and you can keep your good record. ,
