We came specifically to have coffee, it was stated that the cafe is open until 8:00, it was 7:50 - we were refused coffee service. There is absolutely no desire to return, it's easier to go to another cafe where customers are served during the hours the cafe is open for visits.

This restaurant has that cozy calming atmosphere. The service is great and the wait staff is very attentive. Menu items range from omelets, soups, sandwiches, and entrees. They will personalize your order, too! Just beware of the automatic 20% gratuity.

Today @ Starbucks, North Miami Beach Target location. I ordered my usual Mango dragonfruit...only to be told again we are out of that drink & out of regular cups so they'd have to make drinks with hot cups. This is like my 3rd visit & to be told each time the same. Then I saw an employee putting some red pellets making a drink & I asked what that was & to be told it's dragonfruit???♂️. ..I got creative & order a peach tea with dragonfruit...after paying I went to get a straw & of course..NO STRAWS. The beverage area was a disaster & items need to be replenished. I waited a good 5mins before they came out with a straw.This is my last time going here to be always dissapointed.

INCREDIBLE this Starbucks place, I arrived at 7:30 pm today, Tuesday, 2/1/2024, because my daughter wanted to have a Caramel Frappuccino and they informed us that the machine is disconnected at 7:30 and they can't sell that drink anymore. I I wonder do they close at 8:00 pm or what, I have been sitting watching since that moment and several people have left without purchasing for that reason. The most important thing they have is the Service as well as what they offer, they may not be millionaires but they leave a lot to be desired. And this happens at all Starbucks, the one in front of my house at Publix on Collins and 69 St is always the same.Thank you and I hope someone is interested.

No whip cream or cold foam this place is slacking definitely disappointed. They should be closed

The most difficult place to get coffee at. Just for a regular cup of coffee you have to add 25 sugars because the coffee was filtered through someone's dirty socks. Totally nasty!

Don’t go inside. Do yourself a favor and use the drive through. The rude lady making my drinks forgot one of mine. I asked her for it and she started arguing with me in front of other customers saying someone must of taken it. I would have let it go but she kept on talking loud and aggressive in Spanish towards me. Funny thing is I don’t speak Spanish. But all honesty, it felt like she was calling me a lair. This was totally unacceptable. Starbucks you need to do better than this.
