I ordered my food since 5:25 and my order still haven't come. It says that my order is still pending but they took my money and didnt send me an order ID nor an email that I placed an order so I have no way to track my order. I tried calling them but it says that the place is close and won't answer. Idk what to do and I am starving I used my last money to order this and now my order didnt come plz help me I need help. If you see the kinda tall dude with tattoos and his earphones in, RUN! This rather new employee has horrible work ethic. He will rush through making your sandwich and not put enough of any condiment you ask just for the sake of him making the sandwich quicker and getting you out of the store asap. I have been going to this location for over 10 years since it's in my neighborhood. All because of the way he treated me today after he did a horrible job, I'm never coming back until he's canned. Management needs to do a better job at identifying bad employees for sure.

Came here to eat on my break and needed to wash my hands before eating. The young lady working there said first they dont have a restroom.. I ask how can you not have one if this is a sit on restaurant.. Then she proceeded to tell me oh the lock is broken. I would not recommend this place. Very horrible customer service.

I am extremely upset right now my boyfriend and I walked in exactly at 10:20 on 09/16. The store online says they close at 11 so we rushed all the way over there just for the young lady working to tell us that the person in front of her is her last customer because she needs to start closing it was literally 40 minutes till closing!!!! The open sign was on and the door was open and on top of that she mad attitude! Please fix your stores hours if you guys don’t close at the time it says, it’s extremely misleading and that girl should be trained better.

I have been a customer at this subway for a while. However, the new employees that I met today are lacking courtesy and customer service. The wait time was prolonged with no explanation. I hope their performance and behavior improved.
